The project was a complete end-to-end video production for our main product page. It started with a discovery session where we walked through our software's features and target audience. From there, they handled the scriptwriting and provided two different storyboard options for the visual style. Once we approved the direction, they moved into the animation phase, which included custom character design, professional voiceover recording, and background music.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The biggest win was the immediate impact on our homepage conversion rate. After we embedded the explainer video, we saw a 15% increase in demo sign-ups within the first month. Beyond the numbers, the feedback from our sales team has been great, they've noted that prospects coming from the website now have a much clearer understanding of our product before the first call even starts. It’s definitely shortened our sales cycle.

Honestly, there isn't much to complain about regarding the final output. If I had to pick one thing, it would be that they are clearly a very busy team. There were one or two instances where a response to a minor email took an extra day because they were balancing multiple productions. 
However, they always stayed on top of the actual project milestones, so it never impacted our launch date. Maybe just a slightly more automated way to track minor revision notes would be a nice touch for the future.
