FINAL VERZION handled the complete production of our explainer video, including concept development, scriptwriting, storyboard creation, voiceover coordination, animation, video editing, and final delivery. The main deliverable was a professionally edited explainer video optimized for website, social media, and event promotions.In addition to the final edited explainer video, FINAL VERZION also provided shorter promotional clips optimized for social media, thumbnail graphics, and the source files for future edits. This gave us flexibility for ongoing promotions and marketing activities.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The explainer video significantly improved our event visibility and engagement. We saw an increase in event registrations, higher social media reach, and better audience understanding. The video also enhanced our brand presentation and helped attract more participants and partners.After launching the explainer video, we saw approximately a 35% increase in event registrations compared to our previous event. Our social media reach improved by nearly 50%, and engagement rates (likes, shares, and comments) increased by around 40%, helping us attract a larger and more relevant audience. We also received positive feedback from students and partners who mentioned that the explainer video made the event concept clear and engaging.
