Fillinx Solutions went beyond my expectations! Not only did they create a visually stunning, ecommerce, and personality website for me www.timmeshaburgess.com, but they held my hand (as I asked), and walked me through the development so I'd know what my site consists of. They even provided me training videos that I can reference whenever I need to make small updates going forward. 

Most companies try to hold your site hostage, and make you rely on them for even the smallest of changes/updates, but not them! They made sure I could be independent as I move forward, and broke it all down in a way that I could understand and retain. The way they conducted themselves and walked me through every step was really reassuring. 

Before they even finished my site, I was already singing their praises because it looked so clean, crisp, professional, and alluring just the way I wanted...but BETTER! I was honestly surprised they pulled off my vision better than I imagined it, and I have a vivid imagination! I could send several email messages about the smallest change at 2am, and they'd be on it stat with no complaints! 

They helped me position my products, services, and book on my site in a way that ensured they'd stand out in my niche market, and they kept in touch with me throughout every step of the process. To date, I've reached out to them maybe twice to say "hey my site is running is this something you all can fix?" They actually went back in to my domain, did their tech thing and made it faster without even charging me to do it! 

Last but certainly not the least; not only did we build a professional working relationship; but they are worthy enough to call friends. Despite us living on opposite sides of the globe and never having met; I will ALWAYS consider FILLINX, the OGs of website design, development, and ecommerce genius—This is their superpower, and I'm just glad they shared their power with me.

Measureable outcomes include: 

• I'm finally attracting my target audience

• Reaching more people here in the U.S. and internationally (my desire was to cross country lines)

Project management was a dream and a breeze, I really didn't have to do much because whoever is on their teams dig their heels in and get it all done! Items were delivered before on time, milestones were met before on time. Any delays that occurred, were on me due to not having certain wording together. But all in all, their response was always on time respectful, and professional.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to take my ideas, run with them, and deliver beyond expectation. It was as if the universe guided them to me at the right time. I was exhausted and was hoping I hired the right team to get done what I needed wanted, and dreamed, and they did...period!

NONE AT ALL!!! I wouldn't change a thing!

We are very happy with the website. Together we managed to achieve exactly the result we wanted. It was a very easy process and all the desired changes were always made. It exceeded our expectations and is now 100% functional.

The company provided detailed custom web design with integrated applications for photo marketing and email services. The interface of the site was completely redesigned including embedded photo links and photos. Custom apps were installed to create additional fonts and custom email formats.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Very few revisions were needed due to the accuracy and understanding of the company’s interpretation of customer requirements. The layout and content were accurate and completed in a very timely manner. I feel the higher cost is justified for these reasons.

Items and changes were not only completed on time but valuable suggestions were made and integrated as well. Responses were near immediate which helped in completing the project in a timely manner.
