Creative Director for a design agency **OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE** For what projects/services did your company hire FigmaFy, and what were your goals? Our client recently partnered with Amazon to provide services to their employees. We were creating a website landing page and emails to roll out the program. **SOLUTION** How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors? We were in a bit of a pinch, as we were originally working with a freelance developer who was not delivering what we asked for. The design was created in Figma, so I called Figmafy so see if they could help us out, and they were incredibly helpful and responsive. Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used. As I said previously, the work was begun by another developer. They looked at the work and determined it was not worth saving and started from scratch with the landing page. How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions? I worked mostly with the project manager, but the person managing developers was always cc'd. They were great communicators, responsive and proactive. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables? I was panicked when I initially called Figmafy. We blew up the timeline with the previous developer, and I gave them a super aggressive timeline. In addition, it was really important to me that the deliverables looked like the design. They were upfront with what could and couldn't be achieved, but they also bent over backwards and delivered early. It looked and functioned exactly as I had hoped--there were just very minor tweaks to the first round deliverables.
