Overall idea is to create a snapshot of the facility operations. Drone shots outside as suggested. Capture size of facility and show the solar panels. Would like a full process from (from office team working quotes through to despatch of product). Work through the various manufacturing processes and focus on each machine to show capability.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My request was a short video (2 mins or less) to show the facility and services in a "quick hit". I wanted it to be fast paced to show the dynamic nature of the business, but to show enough information that it remained informative to the audiance.

Project management was excellent. From the get-go, I had a clear timeline, each step in the process was explained to me, the support/access they would need from our side was clearly mapped out and as a result they delivered an excellent outcome in a shorter timeframe than I expected. One of the biggest positives was the teams communciation. Throughout the process each contact from the fewStones Pte Ltd team was available for any queries, extremely responsive and very flexible.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

In addition to the comments on the last section, we felt that our requests were listened to and it felt like a very personalised project. This was not an "out of the box" production. They clearly understood the brief and had the ability to bring it to life.

I have nothing but good things to say about the team and the outcome. Excellent service throughout the entire process, would certainly use them again and highly recommend to others.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the managing director for PEMA for Asia. I’m a part of Marsh, an insurance broking firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with fewStones Pte Ltd?

We service private equity clients and corporate clients in the M&A space through insurance solutions. We came up with a report for one of our solutions on the ratio claims and it was launched recently. We needed to create a video for our claims report for our clients. I wanted it to be a balance of formal and informal. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had a brainstorming session and came up with the ideas together. They showed me a few samples, and together we came up with a storyboard and script. They integrated interactive aspects and graphics. Their team handled the filming and post-production work for the two-minute video. 

What is the team composition?

Around six people worked with us. Three people participated in brainstorming, two people helped film, and one individual showed us the final draft.

My firm had worked with them on other projects in the past.

We’ve spent in the range of $5,000–$6,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project ran from February–April 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The first draft of the video really wowed us. It was extremely well done. Our CEO of Asia was so happy. He found it so refreshing, and he was very excited about it, encouraging us to do even more. Clients comment on how good it looks and how clear and easy it is to understand. 

We received countless fantastic comments on the video; our videos stand out because no one has done something similar before. We feel like people have viewed the video and read our reports more than in the past, so it’s very refreshing that this is something no one has done before. 

How did fewStones Pte Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

They were great and very hands-on —responsive and always in control of their time. The entire process was very smooth and we didn’t have to do too many retakes. When we needed small changes, they took everything on board. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

This is the first time we’d done a project like this and they did very well creating the storyboard and concept. We were really comfortable working with them because of how responsive and receptive they were.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There is nothing that I can think of.

Give them a broad overview of what you want to achieve, and then they can help you conceptualize your ideas. Work towards having a timeline that both parties are happy about.
