I work for a management company; we’re a subsidiary of an investment company. One of the things we invest in is restaurants, so we have a few restaurant brands.

What challenge were you trying to address with Feel Right Inc.?

We wanted to run YouTube Ads for our Famous Dave's BBQ brand. We weren’t too experienced with those ads, so we needed someone who knew how to get the data we needed from them.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we met with Feel Right Inc. and told them what we were looking for. We wanted to run the ads and get all the data to identify the customers interested in our brand. They walked us through the process; our initial plan was to make the commercial, put it out, and see what happened. After some conversations with Feel Right Inc., we came to the conclusion that the best approach would be to start with some general videos to gain brand awareness.

We began putting out some stock videos to gain awareness in California. Through that effort, we identified our ideal demographic and the interested people. The next step was to meet again with Feel Right Inc. and their production team to determine what we wanted to convey and what the commercial should look like. We worked with them and gave them recommendations, and they came back with their ideas on what the video should look like, how long it would be, and what we should highlight. Then, we worked together to make some tweaks.

Afterward, we physically met in one of our restaurants to film the commercial. They came back with different drafts o the video, and we fine-tuned it to ensure we got the right message across. Additionally, they had to do a voice-over and some editing to throw in some keywords.

We initially found them on Yelp. We reached out to them during the COVID-19 pandemic to make some simple videos, which we used on emails and social media. The team was helpful and communicative, but we didn’t need their advertising expertise at the time. When we did, we knew we could go back to them for help with our advertising. We really liked how they operated, so it was a no-brainer.

I don’t have the exact figures, but all the metrics have been positive and on track. Feel Right Inc. has delivered what they promised; their goals have been accurate, and everything is clear upfront.

How did Feel Right Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is excellent. If we send an email, they’re quick to respond. We can reach out to Anthony by text or phone call; if he can’t chat with us immediately, he calls us back within a few minutes. Overall, we have a great relationship, and they’re easy to work with.

We have weekly or biweekly meetings on Google Meet or Zoom to get updates.

Additionally, we send emails back and forth for communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Everything they say they’ll do, they do it on time. The team sets the goals and meets them. We know when things will be done because they give us a schedule, and they adhere to it. All in all, they always deliver on their promises.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t think of anything off the top of my head. We really enjoy working with them; they’re great. Moreover, we’re happy with the results, and our working relationship is fantastic.

Our services can be a bit complicated to fully transcribe to clients. We wanted to find a way to describe all of our services and capabilities for current and potential clients to fully understand what we can do for them and how we can serve them better than our competitors. We hired Feel Right to help us write a script, run the production and editing of a high-end production that would touch on every aspect of our business.

Our goals were to create multiple videos for each of our services and tailor each video to our service areas. We wanted to market these videos using the most optimized methods in order to reach our target audience in all of Southern California.

We conducted a google search and found 3 different companies that we thought could work for us. After multiple conversations with Anthony and his team, we "Felt Right" that they were the best fit for us and our goals as a business.

We started with a discovery meeting. They worked with us to understand our services before helping us create a script and storyboard. In the end, they delivered multiple different videos from extended versions to place on our website and other platforms, and even short ad clips for us to use via Instagram ads and ad campaigns on Google. They handled all the voiceover and detailed editing to perfection.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We mainly worked with Anthony as he was our main point of contact and project manager. He overseen the entire production along with help from Brett who was a massive help in writing our script and directing the production. He was able to give us the humor aspect that we wanted to incorporate in our commercials. They were creative and responsive to all of our feedback and requests. Communication was above and beyond throughout this long process from the entire Feel Right team.

We've showed many of our close networking partners and associates and they all love what they were able to create for us. We are still working on incorporating these videos into our marketing as our project is newly finished, but we are excited to see the outcome and growth from this project now and far into the future.

The project manager Anthony was very communicative and organized. This project was a big one that required a lot of time, planning, creativity, and skill to deliver what we needed. Anthony and his entire team always came to our meetings with a set goal for what we wanted to accomplish each time. Through finalizing the script, planning the production dates and destination, executing the production and editing the commercials, Feel Right did the absolute best at communicating the entire process from start to finish.

They took the time to really learn about our business, our services, and who we are as a company in order to fully understand our goals and transcribe them into a massive success. They completed an ultra-high-end production in one of our luxury properties and did everything in their power to deliver us with a set of top notch commercials for us to use across all digital marketing platforms.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't have any complaints whatsoever for this company. They delivered us exactly what they said they would and more! They maintained the upmost professionalism throughout this process and I wouldn't recommend any other company to handle a big project investment like this. They have all the tools and talent you need across the board. We believed in them from the start and have developed great lasting relationships with the team and look forward to working with them again soon on our next project!

Even though we had a more than 10 hours of time difference but they were always prompt with communication and available when we needed them. We are really pleased with their responsiveness and ability to create positive vibe from beginning to completion of the project.

We started off the process by honing on the video treatment. This was a couple brainstorming sessions which led to the development of a shot list. From they helped us prep for the shoot, they helped with scheduling, logistics and questions. They were very professional and organized. We then shot and filmed the project in one day. We’ve been getting non-stop compliments about the video they produced for us. It’s really high quality and it flows so well! It’s definitely resulted in more traffic and conversions.

We loved their Frame.io software. It allowed us to provide revisions of the videos in real time during the exact timestamps. It really helped mitigate the messiness of revisions via email or other forms. They are overall great communicators.

I was very impressed with their pre-production process. They planned everything so in depth and on-point, which resulted in a more streamlined production. It also helped us align with the vision. I highly recommend using these guys for video production because they can take complex ideas and paint the vision extremely well before filming.

Well it's hard to detail the scope of another's professional work. Essentially, I gave them the premise of what I wanted to say, I showed them the areas we had available for filming and I asked them what they thought. Within minutes they had cameras, lighting, microphones, and ideas set up.

They coached me in stances to make, words to use, and looks to illustrate. Once they had enough raw footage they edited the best material they had and put it all together. It turned out amazing! They take extra measurements to prepare for campaigns, shoots, and all creative execution. They definitely favor communication and meet frequently to prepare and report.

Anthony, the owner, has always been present for filming and is very hands. I've seen him bring a couple of different "camera guys" as well. As for off scene, I dont know if he has additional employees but one thing is apparent is, Anthony is the intellectual and creative body.

I haven’t seen the finished product yet but the biggest success we’ve seen so far is how they explained and showed me how they’d create these videos. Their team made the process understandable and effective.

My biggest concern was the logistics involved with trying to gather all this information and make sense of it. They broke it down into small pieces and helped me see the path forward. What they’ve done for me is exactly what I hope my videos will do for prospective clients. They have the ability to help me understand how they’re going to make something that’s complex, very easy.

They were professional in scheduling our interviews and interactions with my clients and the people they were filming. Their team members are courteous and prompt. What’s more, they’re accommodating. Feel Right Inc was hired to help Zupo extend it's footprint into video marketing and production. Zupo had strong capabilities in content development and its own SEO efforts, however video was a challenge that they wanted to invest in to help increase their marketing capabilities.

We wanted to work with a firm who could help us move quickly into YouTube and video production that could be versatile and moved into other social medias like LinkedIn. We wanted a video that represented our brand but also gave us the flexibility to ensure that we could continue marketing efforts that aligned with the video.

Meticulous. Feel Right was very organized and had everything under control. It's nice to know that someone else is taking ownership of a project and keeping you accountable. They did an amazing job of keeping us on target with our original vision,.
