We interviewed 5 companies based off reviews and recommendations. Anthony and his team stood out as the best candidate and delivered on all of their promises.

We did full idea creation, production, shooting, and editing.

I worked with Anthony and his entire team. The entire process was very collaborative.

From idea creation to delivery we were planning the delivery of 6 videos of different length all of which turned out great.

A deciding factor was that they were a smaller team, which translates to more personalized service and dedication to your project.

Steps include a discovery call where the team takes a deep dive into your specific business needs. This is followed by a strategy session to ensure there is a roadmap to success outlined by key performance indicators. They used tools such as Facebook Ads Manager to track performance of paid ads and present results in an easy-to-understand format.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Worked with everyone on the team in revamping logos, building landing pages, modifying website copy, and creating social media posts.

Great communication! They create effective content in a timely manner and continue to revise it until you are happy with the final product.

We required a kick-ass video for a new initiative launched at a National level. It had to be unique and different, while fitting into our corporate brand and having to film at a secure location during COVID.

We looked at several solutions from different agencies, and Feel Right took the time to listen to our needs, and work through with us what would be creative and cost-effective.

Our final 3-minute video and multiple cuts are just what we desired. Not only did it keep our marketing team happy, but the multiple stakeholders (including global leads) were all happy.

We worked with Tony and Ray - plus a few others on-site during the filming - all of whom took great care of us and added their own unique professionalism and creativity to the shoot.

Instagram followers grouth: from 80 to over 1000 in 3 months. Nice professional look of the instagram page. Increase of website visitors in 45%. Slight increase of the rank of my webpages in the google search results.

All work was online. No real life meetings.

With so many telecom companies online it is a real challenge to build brand awareness and reach out to the right audience in the telecommunications industry. We came to Feel Right Inc. so we can help tell our brand narrative and target our ideal customer base.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We researched social media marketing and creative agencies on google and decided to choose Feel Right Inc. due to their intent to listen first. They really asked all the right questions, spent considerable time in the discovery process getting to know our business, market, goals, and customer before anything. Then they provided custom solutions to help achieve those goals.

We did 2 discovery meetings. Then a solution/strategy review. Once we reviewed the strategy, we were pretty impressed and decided to move forward with their tier 3 package. The strategy was very customized and tailored to our needs. Once we moved forward with the package, we kicked off our initial call for pre-production. Then we went to creative development. Then advertising.

We worked with 4-5 people but 2 main account managers who were always on zoom calls with us. They communicate very well.

The projects yielded several dozen qualified leads which generated a 3x return.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Tons of communication and their communication portals fit right in. It was seamless. They also provided bi-monthly performance reviews when we were in the distribution portion of the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed by the qualified leads. They were able to generate leads and actually create a return. We never did marketing before so this was a great experience for us.
