The scope of work included:

1. Initial Consultation and Requirements Gathering: Understanding the business needs and designing a customized solution for ChawPaw’s target market.
2. Platform Design and Development: This included front-end and back-end development using modern technologies, ensuring responsive design for optimal performance across both mobile and desktop devices.
3. Payment Gateway Integration: Secure integration of a payment system to handle transactions efficiently.
4. Admin Dashboard: Creation of a user-friendly admin interface to manage product listings, orders, customer interactions, and real-time data tracking.
5. Hosting and Maintenance: ChawPaw is hosted on Feather IT’s secure server Feather Server, ensuring reliability, performance, and ongoing technical support.

While the project was delivered on time and their responsiveness was excellent, offering more instant messaging options like Whatsapp or Skype could further enhance collaboration. This would allow for even more immediate discussions and feedback. However, this is a minor suggestion, as their existing communication methods were already effective.
