I needed someone to develop our website.

There was a designer, a developer, and a client coordinator.

I found them in a Google search. I shortlisted three companies based on reviews and selected fametrek after their interview and proposal. Their pricing was good, their recent projects were good, and they were in my region.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent less than $10,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from November 2020–January 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website quality is good, and I’m satisfied. There haven’t been any issues.

How did The fametrek perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication is very good. They gave me all the briefs, and the timelines were good. The only issues were from my side, and they came when I failed to provide fametrek with the necessary information. From their side, everything was good.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I solicited mockups from two other companies at the start of the project, but fametrek’s web design skills were the best.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They took two months to complete the project. If they’d taken only one month, that would have been better.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I was satisfied with their work, and I recommend working with them. They’re cool and calm. They don’t give any false information.
