I'm impressed with Falter Media Co.'s personal service and detailed information specific to my industry.  Falter Media researched my area of specialty to provide me with data and information that will be beneficial for me not only in my industry but also in my geographic region.   In other words, the recommendations do not feel generic or cookie-cutter.   

Are there any areas for improvement or something Falter Media Co. could have done differently?

It was fortunate that I was able to sign up for a three-month program before committing to a one-year plan.   This helped me better understand the process and expectations.

Falter Media has helped us with nearly 100 videos. The team has handled the entire video production process, including editing and connecting us with content creators.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen at least 20 baptisms and 20,000 leads so far, and we’re counting. Overall, Falter Media’s results are on par with our expectations, actually exceeding them.

How did Falter Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Falter Media has performed well, and we’re very satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the videos. The team actually delivers faster than anticipated. Moreover, Falter Media’s communication is great. We mainly communicate through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

Falter Media is no-nonsense. We’ve had a few calls, and they’ve understood very well what we need and deliver. Overall, they’re very efficient.

Falter Media has been helping me every step of the way, from advising me on what equipment to purchase and how to set it up to website development. The team also handles all the editing and posting of the podcast. They’ve created my entire website and are responsible for editing all the videos and posting them to YouTube, social media accounts, and podcast platforms.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’ve become a YouTube partner, and my podcast is growing faster than I could have imagined. Some of my videos have over 40,000 views, and I’ve seen an increase in my podcast’s subscriber count and engagement since working with Falter Media.

How did Falter Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Falter Media’s project management has been excellent. The team is responsive and delivers everything on time. Sometimes, we have tight timelines, and they’ve met those as well. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team at Falter Media has been incredible; they’ve provided me with full-service support from day one, allowing me to focus on my full-time job as a doctor and do the part of the podcast that I enjoy. Austin deeply cares about his clients, and his team reflects that. Although I’m a small client, Austin and Kyra treat me like anyone else. They’ve also been very patient with me and my lack of tech-savviness.
