HFN kisan Saarthi is a progressive farmer, who form a formal/informal group of 500-600 farmers in their region and collect the needs of the farmers, so that farmers can get better prices (for inputs as well as output). 

1. Mobile app guides Saarthi through the journey of being an individual farmer who wants to do something, to a successful farmer AND successful head of co-operating farmer. 
2. Mobile app should set an aspirational goal for the Saarthi and then provides small meaningful tasks to them which has clear incentives assigned to each task 
3. Tasks assigned to various saarthi can differ based on where they may be in their growth journey, location of the village and time of the year. 
4. Tasks can be dependent on others, and we need to design a system such that Saarthi has meaningful goals she can complete towards earning a decent living. 
5. Some tasks could be time bound and others can be done anytime. Tasks can be dependent on other tasks, i.e. to unlock certain tasks, Saarthi must do pre-requisite tasks 
6. Some tasks may be repetitive in nature e.g. quarterly training. 
7. These Saarthi are independent freelancers who earn commission on each task/deal he completes. 9. In the same app, we plan to display various products to be sold e.g. cucumber seed from bayer. Think of this as Marketplace, where all the items available for sale will be listed. However, on the “task” panel, we would highlight what seeds to purchase, to drive traffic/interest to the particular seed/input for purchase. 
8. Some of these Saarthis may already have an existing “co-operatives” who may want to engage with us for the benefit of the group. Target Audience Literate progressive farmer who lives in rural India and willing to engage with HFN to help other farmers and looking to generate additional revenue as commission earned from HFN on various “tasks” they may perform. 

What motivates a typical Saarthi Factors which drives a typical Saarthi:

1. Additional income

3. Ability to help others 

Other technical requirements 

1. Android only given rural demographics. 
2. Login to the app is mobile OTP based. 
3. Anyone can download and sign-up for the app, but users need to get approval from the backend to actually use the app. We would not like too many Saarthi within a smaller area 
4. App supports Hindi & English at the start, and eventually will support various other languages. 

What type of tasks a typical Saarthi may perform 

1. Create a group by adding farmers (and details) of farmers in the app. 
2. Collect input (seed, fertilizer, pesticides etc) requirements for the group. 
3. Collect output requirements for the group e.g. 1000T of paddy is available for sale across 100 farmers in the group 
4. Take training on various specialized product/service e.g. seed insurance, so that Saarthi can be effective. 

Success criteria 

1. Saarthi is on boarded and starts adding farmers to network within 3 days of download of the app. 
2. Saarthi adds at least 50 farmers in first 2 weeks after adding 1st farmer 
3. Saathi earns substantial money by completing tasks

Projects were AI based and was at initial stages of growth, there is a lot to learn while enabling customers about how to consume and understand AI based insights. Bridging the gap between understanding and realising the benefits of the insights was key for the success. Abacus is a Healthcare Analytics platform that has raw data flowing in through a defined channels to their domain model, which makes them to come-up with proper analytics. Most of the Abacus platform scenarios have been handling manually and the business needed the digital transformation to happen for entire platform.

To begin with, from the Product Design standpoint, we wanted to standardise the whole experience through a proper design system that would make all the tools on the platform to be consistent in terms of look & feel and help users to be more productive.

Also, main areas of the Abacus business have been keenly understood and transformed their manual work into automated digital experiences that can drastically reduce their time spent in order to increase their productivity.

Team transformed Connector studio and Rule library experiences from completely manual to digital and created some of their business dashboards according to the goals of the business roles.

They understood the user journey and issue with our existing UI before they started redesigning the product. We've been working with them on an on-going basis to redesign our product. They created a design language for us which has helped us make things more consistent.

Our team worked directly with Suresh (User Experience Manager) and his team. It has been a very good experience working with him. He is patient, knowledgeable and very professional.

We've been able to launch our new website and are moving over our product to the new UI as well. We have received good feedback from our users on the changes made so far.

Suresh and his team are very professional and keep us up to date on things. They always try to understand your product before making any recommendations.

We only had one experience in the beginning where the expectations set by the F1 team were incorrect and caused a project to be delayed by a few weeks. It was something that was out of their area of expertise and they were also short on resources but the same was not communicated to us. That has not happened again and we have been very happy with their work.

The situation demanded only online discussions and hence we had all our sessions virtually. All the sessions were very seamless and troublefree. We were able to quickly conclude things and sign off successfuly.
