I was a plan to start online shopping website and was searching for a local ecommerce development company in Dubai. I have contacted few companies and they seems to be either expansive or dont have technical skills. Most low cost companies have only non technical persons to work with. After searching online, I found M A Q Computer Services LLC, the Shopify Expert company. I checked there previous works, blogs, youtube, instagram etc before making a decision.

I have selected three companies who were in my budget range. After having meeting with each of them, I discussed my idea and limitation. The technical team of M A Q Computer Services give me the answers for all my limitations.

After showing my reference websites, their technical team send me 5 template files which was similar. From that template list, I have selected one and they have started building the website from there.

I have worked with two people. I was directly discussing over whatsapp, calls and zoom meetings with one technical manager who seems to be an expert in shopify. The second person used to keep track of everything.

It was a new idea to start online shopping website for my business. It helped my customers to check the website and know more details regarding the collection. Some people started purchasing too.

Communication was mainly through email, whatsapp and zoom call.

They have good experience in Shopify and ECommerce development.

It might be good if they can show the design of layouts before implementing as website.

We received the support from 2 colleagues. One project leader and one developper. They remained the same size and both had different level of skillset to support us with.

We are about to launch our website and looking forward to a strong launch in the market.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We faced a few challenges in terms of workflow mainly due to availability issues from our end. I do feel that we could have received better project management updates and having better tools to manage the workflow as all was managed via email or online meetings.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I would have to say that they were extremely flexible and supported us with request that came that weren't initially planned. We appreciated that they were accommodating to support.

having better status reports.

Style Passport established in 2011 under the wings of award-winning designer Mrs. Amna Al Sabri, who build strong team & made a rapid progress in opening a series of outlets to accommodate the growing clientele. We offer trendy designs of Abaya, Kaftan & dresses. I am the Assistant Manager.

The team are very helpful and supportive with all the requirements that our company wants in order for us to launch our website. We love the input we received from the team. They were able to meet our expectations.

They always give professional feedback and insight about what is the best for our project. They are very patient in helping us.

Some minor bugs but they were able to fix it properly and promptly.
