1. For both website (Sagas, UpAp), agency main task was to develop multilingual web designs with a focus on UX optimization. It includes:

• easy-to-navigate, user-friendly and optimized website frame
• informative and engaging way of showing the products but also ensuring compliance with strict legal restrictions
• making multilingual website: 5 languages in total 
• fokus on UX (strong intuitive navigation, advanced filtering system)
• brushing the content material (text) remaining compliant with industry regulations, producing images & video content
• integration of brand materials (eg. product leaflets for downloading posibility)
• Integration of 50+ online pharmacies for easy access
• Google Analytics implementation

Both websites were delivered before the agreed datelines. 

2. Additionally, for the Sagas brand, agency made 3-month period launching digital campaign for the new products that includes: 

• producing and refreshing (optimization) of all Ads visuals
• promotion through Google Search & Display Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Ads and directing sales to the Eljekarne24 webshop 
• monitoring and data analysing on daily level and according to that, optimisation of Ads 
• preparing the post-evaluation reports

Main goals of the campaign were:

1. Building the brand awareness
2. Push the sale 

Overall campaign delivered 16% more clicks to eljekarna24.hr webshop than estimated in plan and achieved positive ROI of 56%

1. The both websites were delivered on agreed dateline (even before)
2. There were no additional corrections regarding the agency work (produce everything as we agreed in brief) 
3. The set budget was respected
4. Overall digital launching campaign (Sagas) delivered 16% more clicks to eljekarna24.hr webshop than estimated in plan and achieved positive ROI of 56%
5. Traffic campaigns achieved CTR of 1.23%, while Sales & Remarketing campaigns brought sales results - overall 127% ROI was reached.

1. Developing the websites: all items were delivered in time, as per brief and agreed timelines for each phase of the project.
2. Digital campaign: agency showed a high level of self-initiative, making the Ads optimisation on daily level, with very quick adaptation of the visuals and key messages (using ABC testing and data analysing) and quickly swiching the advertising between the channels. Reporting were done on daily and weekly base with the final campaign reporting, what is a great post-evaluation tool for the future campaign planning.

In short, they helped us elevate our brand presence and unify our digital experience across market.

We noticed an increase in website traffic, a higher engagment rate (users spending more time on the site), and better performance of our PPC campaigns due to improved visuals and messaging. The brand looks more premium and consistent across all platforms.

I'm the managing director of INNO-MS GmbH, a company that offers innovation services and workshops. I founded the company last year.

What challenge were you trying to address with Experience TEN?

We needed to build an online presence for our company.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Experience TEN provided branding, UX design, web development, and content marketing services. We told the team what we wanted to communicate, and they developed how the content should be presented and what content we would present. Experience TEN also did the copywriting.

Since we didn't know precisely what focus we wanted to position in the market, we asked them to create a website offering my coaching, project management, and innovation workshops. As soon as we knew which services we wanted to position in the market, the website had to fulfill the marketing approach without significant changes.

For us, it was essential to create a brand approach, so Experience TEN helped me develop impactful branding. We also needed a logo and a color scheme that fit our company's further development. We asked Experience TEN what type of website they wanted to create, and the team said a responsive website with seamless navigation, highlighting the consulting approach and the workshops through respective UX.

What is the team composition?

Sanja, Experience TEN's CEO, was my key contact, and their client manager was my single point of contact. She worked with the designer and content manager.

How did you come to work with Experience TEN?

The CEO of Experience TEN was a former colleague of mine when I worked in Croatia. We met by chance, and he introduced me to their offering. It sounded perfect for what I needed at the moment, but I was careful because so many marketing agencies claim they can create a website and do the right things. In the end, I gave them the contract.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about €8,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from August–November 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Experience TEN launched a fast, responsive, and user-friendly website. The goal was to enable our potential customers to connect with our website before visiting them so they could understand who we are and how we work. The website was a very positive reference for me.

Additionally, we had no clue how to work with a server company or how to manage the domain, and Experience TEN did the whole server and domain setup. Sanja helped us understand the project in detail and prepared the material we had to complete.

How did Experience TEN perform from a project management standpoint?

Experience TEN delivered the work on time and within budget. We worked via Google Meet. The team sent us dynamic forms, and we entered our text and translated it. It seemed to us that it was a tool they immediately integrated with their CMS. We weren't sure about it, but when we changed the text, it was correctly formatted on the website.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Working with Experience TEN was a very positive experience. There was never a problem between the CEO, the client manager, and the project team. They seemed to work coordinated.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We would have liked to understand how to change the website afterward and directly access the CMS. Initially, we agreed on this, but there was no training on that. Maybe we can do it, but there was no active training session.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Contact Experience TEN's CEO and let them come up with a concept for a solution. Based on this solution concept, discussing how to execute a project with them is easy. I recommend having a briefing to explain what you want and then receiving a solution concept as a basis for the discussion. This is one of the success points because Experience TEN is open to communication, and you can quickly find out if their approach would suit you.
