Working with ExpandX Marketing & Web has been a comprehensive, end-to-end marketing partnership that covered every aspect of our brand presence — from strategy and creative concepts, through production of professional marketing assets, to ongoing digital campaign management.

The engagement began with a full-scale marketing analysis and strategy development. The team conducted an in-depth audit of our marketing activities, digital assets, sales funnel, brand positioning, and KPIs. They reviewed our competitive landscape, identified our unique selling propositions, refined our value proposition, and developed a strategic marketing plan tailored to our target market. This included clear marketing mix recommendations and visual/creative guidelines to ensure brand consistency.

Following strategy alignment, ExpandX executed creative branding services, including the full concept and design for branded company vehicles, ensuring the visuals were consistent with our identity and reinforced marketing triggers. All designs were prepared in professional vector formats, ready for production, and accompanied by licensing rights. We have a fleet of more than 10 company cars.

We also benefited from professional photo and video production services, spread over two full shooting days, with both interior and exterior setups. This included pre-production planning, shot lists, on-site coordination, high-end photography in raw and web formats, and 4K video capture using professional cameras, lighting, stabilizers, and audio equipment. All raw content was delivered, granting us flexibility for future marketing needs.

The Web Development team of ExpandX also worked few months to develop a brand new website for us - https://rstroiremonti.bg/ - The work process was beyond professional! They covered all needed aspects for the Web Development, Web Design, UX, UI, Marketing, SEO, Copywriting and Sales Funnels.

In parallel, ExpandX delivered an ongoing digital marketing package, which included:

We approached ExpandX with a request for a quote that included a complete revamp of our company website. We needed an  approach and company that understood our main market advantages and also the key aspects of our business so that they could deliver a brand new website that is also modern, engaging and easily used to represent our portfolio of services. We needed to have that as a key digital asset representing our business on the global market. When we entered into conversation with the management team of ExpandS we came to the conclusion that we also need to work on our overall digital marketing strategy. We chose the team of ExpandX as they showed excellent professionalism in the domains of expertise we needed to work on and stand out against our competitors. Key deliverables were our brand new website and the sophisticated digital marketing strategy. The whole process of work took several months but the quality of deliverables given by ExpandX is really, really good as we managed to reveal so important business and marketing details, we actually never thought of!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were regularly (each month) delivered new web pages and web sections that the team of ExpandX has worked on. Those regular deliveries were followed by Video Calls during which we discussed the work done, ExpandX provided very solid arguments of why certain things were done in a specific way, etc. Everything was delivered on time, as per the initial work plan we mutually agreed on. With the first delivery we were really impressed by the quality of the web design and overall content structure on the drafts of the new website. The communication was smooth and everything with the project was flowelessly completed.

Absolutely top-notch project management. We were assigned a project manager who was the connecting point between us and all the departments involved in the project delivery. Everything was delivered on time, we were always given regular written project progress updates and everytime we had a question or a point we wanted to discuss or clarity, the ExpandX team were proactive and very attentive! They responded perfectly well to all our needs!
