The scope of work is centered around building a strong and connected digital presence that combines our website, marketing strategy, and video content into one system that works together. We want a modern, responsive website that reflects our brand clearly and functions as our main online hub. The website also needs a CMS setup that allows our internal team to manage content without friction. From planning the structure and visual design to development, optimization, testing, and launch, the goal is to create a platform that not only looks good but actively supports conversions and long-term growth.

Alongside the website, we’re looking for marketing support that helps us grow visibility and attract the right audience in a structured way. Working with ExpandX Marketing & Web has been a comprehensive, end-to-end marketing partnership that covered every aspect of our brand presence — from strategy and creative concepts, through production of professional marketing assets, to ongoing digital campaign management.

The engagement began with a full-scale marketing analysis and strategy development. The team conducted an in-depth audit of our marketing activities, digital assets, sales funnel, brand positioning, and KPIs. They reviewed our competitive landscape, identified our unique selling propositions, refined our value proposition, and developed a strategic marketing plan tailored to our target market. This included clear marketing mix recommendations and visual/creative guidelines to ensure brand consistency.

Following strategy alignment, ExpandX executed creative branding services, including the full concept and design for branded company vehicles, ensuring the visuals were consistent with our identity and reinforced marketing triggers. We also benefited from professional photo and video production services, spread over two full shooting days, with both interior and exterior setups. Our board of directors decided in Q4 of last year (2024) that we need to revamp our website and scale up in terms of digital presence considering what our competition was doing in the last years. So we searched for a company to create a brand new website for us and deliver professionally on all the aspects of the development, design, engagement, retention and sales opportunities.  So I was in charge of the project.

We launched the first new web-pages in March 2025, and since then we have seen immediate results (as we were waiting for Version 2.0 of the website to launch too). The results reflected in much higher rates of engagement with potential clients (B2B) which we attribute to the strategy ExpandX crafted for us and implemented on the website. That was fully aligned with our marketing strategy. All that creates a steady flow of leads that we can work on according ot our Leads Qualification Process.

We needed a brand new website that corresponds to our new branding and brand guidelines and that is also positioned ahead of our key competitors. We needed the website to be user friendly, easy to navigate, modern and informative as we operate in the B2B medical sector. Key deliverables were the the mock-ups we recieved from the ExpandX team once we started work on the project for our new website, all the digital assets as well as the website itlesf once it was finally launched, after all the web development and web design stages. https://alta-medics.com/

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

ExpandX team has developed a really great project plan at the very beginning! We were really impressed by how they have researched our industry and have properly addressed the specific needs and project goals we have covered in our brief. Since then we have gone through several development stages with the ExpandX team. The feedback meetings after each one were really efficient as they provided us with great understanding where we stand in terms of progress and what are the fron-end and back-end details covered. We have been provided with a great new website https://alta-medics.com/ that is fully aligned with our key project goals and Social Media Marketing plan. Really smooth, effective, professional and well-planned ahead work!

  The project management was simply flawless. We were assigned a project manager who oversaw all the communication, weekly project updates, progress management, team management and meetings. Everything got delivered on time and we were given great information updates and answers anytime we needed that or asked for specific project aspects. This really surprised us pleasantly as such professionalism combined with open, effective and transparent communication is a rare commodity in the business world. You also do not get that high level of customer service very often with many US companies.

We approached ExpandX with a request for a quote that included a complete revamp of our company website. We needed an  approach and company that understood our main market advantages and also the key aspects of our business so that they could deliver a brand new website that is also modern, engaging and easily used to represent our portfolio of services. We needed to have that as a key digital asset representing our business on the global market. When we entered into conversation with the management team of ExpandS we came to the conclusion that we also need to work on our overall digital marketing strategy. We chose the team of ExpandX as they showed excellent professionalism in the domains of expertise we needed to work on and stand out against our competitors. Key deliverables were our brand new website and the sophisticated digital marketing strategy. The whole process of work took several months but the quality of deliverables given by ExpandX is really, really good as we managed to reveal so important business and marketing details, we actually never thought of!

We were regularly (each month) delivered new web pages and web sections that the team of ExpandX has worked on. Those regular deliveries were followed by Video Calls during which we discussed the work done, ExpandX provided very solid arguments of why certain things were done in a specific way, etc. Everything was delivered on time, as per the initial work plan we mutually agreed on. With the first delivery we were really impressed by the quality of the web design and overall content structure on the drafts of the new website. The communication was smooth and everything with the project was flowelessly completed.

Absolutely top-notch project management. We were assigned a project manager who was the connecting point between us and all the departments involved in the project delivery. Everything was delivered on time, we were always given regular written project progress updates and everytime we had a question or a point we wanted to discuss or clarity, the ExpandX team were proactive and very attentive! They responded perfectly well to all our needs!
