We needed on going monitoring and support for our small business

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They purchased the firm we were currently contracted with. After working with them for short time I felt confident they were the one to stay with.

The server went down on the weekend so on Monday they accessed the issue and determined we needed several drives for our server. They were overnighted and the work began to install and restore the server.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I believe we had 3 or 4 people working on our system over the entire time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our server was completely down 3 drives not working. They went above and beyond order the drives overnight and worked day and night to get our system back up and running.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They stayed in contact with us thru the the whole restoration process. We of course were very concerned about getting the system back up but they worked with us and got us going as quickly as possible.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They worked diligently to get the job done. They were calm and professional and tried to keep my team informed and calm until the restoration could be completed.
