They consistently went beyond simple staff augmentation by helping us think through architecture decisions, delivery risks, and long-term scalability, acting more like a true technology partner than a vendor

We were able to continue development at a pace that fit our budget while pivoting quickly as objectives and priorities evolved, occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control.

The Ewents management team is incredibly responsive. The engineer has been considered an integral part of our team from day one, so most of our interaction is with him, but from a management standpoint the Ewents team responds to emails within hours at the longest and always made themselves available to speak by Zoom when needed.

Very responsive, eager to help but -- importantly -- respectful of our timeline, budget, and priorities. Others we have worked with have occasionally sought to push additional resources at us but Ewents has delivered as promised without trying to pad their revenue at our expense.

We needed help with Azure compliance with the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) standard.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ewents is designing and building an Azure landing zone environment compliant with the FedRAMP high standard. This environment will be leveraged by 38North's customers to more easily meet the FedRAMP requirements. The team has delivered diagrams, documentation, Terraform code, and customer presentations. The environment includes the complete network architecture and all the border and internal security services.

We work with two teammates from Ewents so far, more are on the way.
