I’m a senior manager of application architecture at a software development company that supports different telco and technology solutions globally.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I had just written a book, and I wanted Evolves to review its content from a marketing and branding standpoint. They looked at the content to make sure that it solves the complex problems within the business market today and then designed a strategy.

I worked with three people from their side: one consultant and two analysts.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The market appreciation was quick, and the quality of the feedback from third-party peer reviews was good.

How did Evolves perform from a project management standpoint?

They did great from a project management standpoint; everything was within budget and delivered on time. The communication was smooth because we all interacted through Jira. We also communicated via email and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed with their ability to do a 360 review assessment that allowed us to pinpoint what we were trying to solve and the market space.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they’re really good at what they do.

Any advice for potential customers?

Negotiate the price from the beginning, and then break it down to where the level of effort is going.
