What challenge were you trying to address with EVOKE Digital Agency?

I wanted to narrow down my goals and get some insight on how I can improve my Instagram visibility.

What was the scope of their involvement?

EVOKE Digital Agency conducted one one-on-one virtual coaching session with me. They gave me some very useful tips and advice about what I can do with my content to get more brand deals and reach a wider audience. The entire session lasted around 60-70 minutes.

Before the coaching session itself, I had to answer some questions and that already helped narrow down what the conversation was going to be about.

I have worked with EVOKE Digital Agency before when they hired me as an influencer to promote one of the companies that they have in their agency. So, when I needed help with my online visibility, I decided to reach out to them and take part in a coaching session with them.

The coaching session was €125 (Approximately $130 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started and finished in March 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

EVOKE Digital Agency provided very useful tips in terms of what I could do better to improve my overall online visibility. For example, they provided recommendations for my profile photo and username, along with explanations as to why those would be a good idea. The changes that I have made based on their insights should get me found or discovered more easily in general searches.

How did EVOKE Digital Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

EVOKE Digital Agency worked well in terms of project management. They were quick to address all of my questions and concerns, and all of the information was communicated in a very clear manner. I was very satisfied and happy with their performance.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed with how friendly and honest EVOKE Digital Agency was, which made the entire engagement a very enjoyable experience. Our coaching session didn’t really feel like work — it felt more like having a conversation with a friend over coffee.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It might be a good idea for you to pre-plan the session. Make sure to note down all of the questions that you might have and not be afraid to ask them.

Our team was very happy with customer acquisition through Facebook/Instagram. 60-70% of traffic and new leads were coming through these channels

EVOKE Digital Agency was very proactive and autonomous. We communicated through agreed channels and also had monthly meetings where we reviewed results and forward looking plans

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The level of autonomy and ownership of the projects. The team felt accountable for results and constantly looked for new ways to improve customer acquisition.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It would help if Evoke team could expand their expertise to other online marketing channels

After the agency made an incentivisation of our needs and expectations they proceeded with drafting a strategy. This strategy included the choice of communication channels, messaging and a step-wise implementation agenda. The consultancy coached our in-house marketing employees before and during the execution.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The strategy that was developed was very actionable and aligned with our business goals. The application roll-out was successful and was top-ranked in the Play Store for several consecutive months.

The process was fully online and it was well-managed. Consultants worked with senior management and operations team members.

The consultancy offered a start-to-end service and went the extra mile in understanding our company.
