I’m the owner of a card game startup that created a unique game to help players memorize hunting guidelines, maps, and animals. We sell our cards online and in stores.

What were your goals for this project?

Because we currently only have one product, we needed a simple site to highlight our product and help with sales conversions.

How did you select this vendor?

While many companies claim to do everything, we knew that Magento was more nuanced than WordPress. So we wanted experts, and we had heard good things about Evirtual.

They created a site for us and set up an online store. They designed the site to be simple and mobile-friendly. They also developed custom extensions.

What was the team composition?

They assigned the team to us, so we didn’t have to worry about it. We primarily contacted their team leader for inquiries.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We’re happy with the results. They designed an accessible layout without confusing categories.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We had one-on-one Skype calls with their team leader every morning for status updates.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They made exceptional custom extensions, which helped us with our marketing.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

I suppose that they could provide more status updates, but this is just a personal preference.

Through various online searches, websites, 3rd party.

Complete setup of existing magento 2 theme, migration, implementation and added features like google shopping, facebook shopping and modern mobile view setup.

They are a team which is well equipped to manage and execute magento work.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

I can only recommend them highly, always responsive, always helpful. When we have a concern, request or fault they are attentive to assist and find solutions.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

this was done on a stage payment and process

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They work very fast once they know the issue and assist in the best way to find the solution and what needs to be done. Available on skype most days if not all. Great to see in 2020 for small business support. I recommend highly.

Are there any areas for improvement?

In all businesses there are room for improvement, but i would they they are very good at what they do and im glad i can say they are a part of our team.

E commerce site that was intuitive and simple for the customer but that had all necessary tools for a B2B site including customisation, tiered pricing etc

We found them online and had a look at a number of other companies but felt their knowledge of Magento was strong

They built the marketplace from the bottom up, adjusting and adding when I asked for more functionality. A lot of things asked where not straight forward but they came up with ways to make them work

I had 1 point of contact but there were other members of the team who helped with the project
