What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Livestreaming from all global locations worked without any interruptions. The quality of the video production was flawless. The virtual participants used the event platform and the networking features on the platform actively.

EVERYWOW used a detailed project management plan, that was shared with us, and we reviewed the plan in our regular check-in-meetings before the event. Over months, we had a clear understand of their and our to-dos. They delivered all required tasks on time and before the event. They even over-delivered and provided more pre-production deliverables and coordination than we expected.

We needed a professional video company for creating our video experience and live streaming of the three-day and three-stages design conference, Interaction 23 in Zurich, Switzerland. It was critical to us, that we work with a flexible supplier together, that consulted us to get the most out of the experience for our audience – on-location and virtually.

We are an engineering and consulting firm and for this reason, all videos should show our expertise and relate to our business fields of focus. EVERYWOW helped to finalize the script of the videos, did the cinematography and direction of the production. In the post-production phase, they edited and subtitled our videos (from spoken Swiss German to English subtitles). With one review round, they delivered everything perfectly and ready to publish on time.

The goal of the production was to have video material for promotion of our conference in future. Our company supports everyone who works in research, development, design and evaluation of the user experience (UX) of products and services. As an industry association, we represent the interests of usability and UX service providers in Switzerland as well as companies looking for such services.
