We partnered with Eudokia for an extensive project to implement Dynamics 365. They kicked things off with a detailed onboarding and planning process, which included training to ensure our team knew the ins and outs of the system. Next, we worked on Sandbox Data Migration. Eudokia guided us through extracting and cleaning our data from our old CRM, ensuring it smoothly integrated into the new Dynamics 365 system.

The third phase involved tweaking and customizing the system to meet our specific needs, including integration with SharePoint and setting up the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook. Eudokia was also instrumental in training our team and ensuring they were comfortable with the new system. They went the extra mile to ensure everyone was up to speed, which was a massive plus for our team.

The final phase was deployment. With Eudokia's assistance, we conducted final testing, migrated users and data, and launched Dynamics 365 successfully.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• We saw a big drop in the length of our sales cycle, which shows that our sales process is working better. We noticed that, our pipeline speed also went up, so deals moved through our sales process faster. Also, our biggest problem was fixed. The new system makes it easier for us to manage and analyze our data, which helps us make better business choices.

They were always on top of things, which is something I really appreciated. They had our Dynamics 365 project broken down into phases, and they made sure every stage was wrapped up right on time. Their communication was great too. They kept us in the loop all the time on the weekly status update calls. They made sure we knew what was happening, why it was happening, and what was coming next.

Their commitment to not just implement a solution but also ensure its effectiveness within our company was impressive. Their focus on user adoption strategies was impressive and unique. I can't really point out anything they should have done differently. I'm looking forward to working with them on future projects to improve our operations!
