Our outsourced IT consultant played an instrumental role in transitioning our internal file management system from a legacy server-based infrastructure to a modern SharePoint environment. They led the entire migration process, starting with a thorough assessment of our existing file structures and identifying opportunities to streamline organization and access permissions. The consultant developed a detailed migration plan that minimized disruption to daily operations, executed the transfer of files with careful attention to preserving metadata and folder hierarchies, and configured SharePoint sites and libraries to align with our departmental workflows. They also provided comprehensive training sessions for staff, created user guides tailored to our team's needs, and established ongoing support to address questions during the adjustment period. This transition has significantly improved our team's ability to collaborate, access files remotely, and maintain version control, while also laying the groundwork for deeper Microsoft 365 integration across the organization.

All users were successfully migrated after cleaning up complex legacy file share permissions. This was done over an extended period of time to ensure little to no downtime during working hours.s were

Their responsiveness to our needs, combined with their ability to keep projects moving forward on schedule, gave us confidence that our IT infrastructure was in capable hands.

When issues arise, they're quick to respond and work efficiently to minimize disruption to our team's work. They explain technical concepts in accessible language, helping our staff better understand and use our systems confidently.

design, implement, and document a new on-premises information technology environment (the "Environment") to support CLB's performance of the Government Contract.

All deliverables were on time with excellent communication through Calls, Web Meeting, Onsite meetings and status updates. The enviornment is working perfectly.
