I am the founder and owner of a wilderness therapy practice based online and on the land in Squamish, British Columbia

Though a series of discovery meetings, Ken clarified what my business is and who my ideal customers are. He then built me the most beautiful website practically overnight!

I instantly began to draw in more clientele, moving from start-up to full practice within 3 months of launching the new website Ethos built for me and regularly receive feedback about the effectiveness and appeal of my website

Ken was friendly, on-time and really made the effort to learn about our business.

The process was very fluid. I basically had to restart my business from scratch, and we were under a very tight timeline. We met several times a week to set expectations, and review progress. Ken was very empathetic to our needs and goals, and he helped me come up with creative solutions to some of the unexpected challenges we faced this year.

It was all Ken, he worked with us on everything form start to finish, and he continues to be our point of contact at the company.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The work helped us navigate our way through the pandemic, and stay afloat during all of the government lock downs and restrictions. Really the quick turnaround with rebranding and adding e-commerce was extremely beneficial.

Seamless. Ken was always attentive to our needs and he genuinely cares about us and our success.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I've worked with companies before where I was just a client, a number, and everything was rigid. Contact and having content changes made was always an ordeal. With Ken, he is always personable, available, and he actually cares about us and our business.

Not that I can think of.
