After that, they put together an actionable list of how they would fight the ongoing issues. Some of our listings were suspended by Amazon so first of all, they helped us get those reinstated. We had about 20-25 jewelry listings, they worked to optimize all of the listings with informative content, infographics, and A+ Page.
The quality of their creative work was really impressive so we also hired them for building our Storefront. We paid separately for that. As a part of their action plan, they also refurbished our existing PPC campaigns and created new campaigns focused on increasing total sales.

We’ve really seen great results since we started working with them. Their efforts definitely are bringing good numbers for us. Even though not everything they suggest works, we’ve had many successes, and the results speak for themselves.

One word: smooth. We communicate through Basecamp which makes it really flawless. Despite the time difference we get answers to all our questions in about 5-6 hours, which trust me, is great. We discussed with them our objectives and they developed a six-month strategy to optimize our ACOS and increase overall sales. In any given month, they optimize PPC campaigns, create FBA shipments, keep a tab on critical seller metrics, keep a check on account health and assist us with overall account management.

We used Jira as the project management tool and Slack, Google Meet, and email for daily communication.

Impressive was using the front of one lantern and the back of another- upscale product line and she uses the door of one lantern because she never fessed up to not being able to unzip files!!!!!
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
They need to go back to school- design 101, customer service 101, communicating with customer, the manager went awol.......

I’m the owner and CEO of It’s in the Bag Boutique and Lady Conceal.

What challenge were you trying to address with eStore Factory?
We were looking for advertisement services on Google and social media.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
eStore Factory helps me advertise the products of both my stores on Google and Facebook, and they help me with brand enhancement on Amazon. They’re also in charge of the SEO of Lady Conceal’s website. Additionally, they set up Facebook stores for both of my brands, which are connected to my websites.
Initially, we talked about the project. Then, eStore Factory gave me a list of what they could do for me, and we went from there. We communicate regularly, and they inform me about what they’re doing. They also provide me with a monthly report on the ads and their performance.
What is the team composition?
I work with three people from eStore Factory: Riddhesh (Project Manager), Umang (Consultant), and Tejas (Social Media Marketing Specialist).
How did you come to work with eStore Factory?
I also sell on Amazon, and I found that Amazon had eStore Factory listed as a good vendor. I trusted what Amazin said, so I contacted them.
How much have you invested with them?
We spend $600 per month per website on the advertisement services.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working around June 2020, and our engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I’m seeing how many clicks, conversions, and impressions I’m getting with these efforts, and I always see something that tells me the success of this engagement. My cost per click is decreasing, and I’m seeing my sales multiplying considerably.
How did eStore Factory perform from a project management standpoint?
eStore Factory always updates me on the leads, and every day they send me email addresses to put on my email list to send email blasts. They also provide me with monthly reports on the results that we’re getting.
eStore Factory is based in India, which makes our collaboration harder due to the time difference. However, they compensate for that with their work. I’ve worked with companies in the US, and I ended up spending 3–4 times more time on projects with them than with eStore Factory.
We use Basecamp to communicate. They use it to send me the reports and to communicate with me every day. This tool is very efficient for sharing everything we need for the project.
What did you find most impressive about them?
eStore Factory is cost-efficient and very knowledgeable. They’re also very flexible and willing to make changes, making us feel that they want the best for us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
One of the constraints is the time difference between us. As eStore Factory is in India, and I’m in the US, they’re sleeping when I’m in the middle of the day. Additionally, it would be helpful if they explained the abbreviations and terminology they use on the reports.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Monitor their work to ensure that they’re doing a great job. Additionally, provide them with a lot of images of your products to use, the key points you want them to cover with your ads, and a coupon code to use for promotions.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Simply put, we have seen tremendous growth in revenue in a very short period of time. The team has done a fantastic job working with Amazon to remove hijacked listings and some inappropriate reviews.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Jimi and I spoke on the phone within a few minutes of my initial inquiry. The team followed up with emails and eventually we had daily and constant Skype communication with all team members. Jimi and his team are doing a great job.
