Our product wasn’t listed on Amazon. eStore Factory helped list our product on Amazon, set up FBA shipments, optimized our listings for organic traffic, and promoted our product through PPC. At present we have 56 reviews on Amazon and our product is labeled as Amazon’s Choice for a top keyword.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The team was meticulous and organized. My messages and suggestions are communicated well internally. When we started working with them, we didn’t really have a big brand name or hundreds of dollars of sales per month but they never made us feel like we were unimportant. If I have a question, I get an answer within 3-4 hours which is impressive considering the time difference.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They do not provide cookie-cutter strategies. Their action plans are tailor-made for each client. They did a very good job in digging up keywords and creating a market for a product that has a strong customer base on Amazon.

We had a video call, and they shared an audit report and action map, which was really insightful. The first impression was really great so we decided to get on board with the team.

We primarily communicate with Ethan, the project manager. He has a team of 5-6 Amazon experts reporting to him.

eStore Factory supplies us with ROI data and PPC results weekly, so we’re able to track the general progress they’re making on our account. The reports and data the share is very sophisticated and surprisingly easy to understand.

We use email and Google sheets to communicate. We have a weekly meeting with them. If I need something they’re always a text or call away. Their proactive communication has really made project management a success for both of us.

The team deeply cares about your success, which is hard to find these days. Their suggestions are always based on reliable data and they even mention the expected increase in sales if we agree to work on the suggestion.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
In the early days of our partnership, communication was a bit tough for us because of the time difference but I am glad we both worked on it and now I have no complaints.

We wanted a professional Amazon account management agency that can take day-to-day Amazon-related tasks off our shoulders.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I interviewed 5-6 different firms before finally deciding to work with eStore Factory. Since Amazon is a lucrative marketplace we didn’t want a rookie managing our account. We saw their website and talked with their Customer Relationship Manager, Kevin. They really knew Amazon inside out and so I was confident going forward with eStore Factory.

We hired them for everyday account management tasks like replying to buyer-seller messages, keeping a check on inventory levels, creating shipments, etc. But they also provided valuable insights on our listings. Even though our listing contains informative content, lifestyle images, and an A+ Content, we never got the traffic and conversion we expected.
They pointed out that the problem was not with our products but the copy and images which were not compelling enough for a customer to click on the “Add to cart” button. Besides we didn’t have Buy Box because of which sales weren’t attributed to us. They helped us beautifully present our products and promoted them effectively using PPC and off-Amazon advertising campaigns. The original contract only included account management but we expanded the contract to include Sponsored Ads management and listing optimization.

Despite the 12-hour time difference, they have done everything very well. We have regular meetings with them to review the progress and discuss the next steps. The communication happens mostly through Basecamp which, I think is the best way to communicate. They reply to all my questions and concerns and are always timely and professional.

The best thing about them is they don’t give surprises. Whether it’s a step forward or backward, they’ll communicate the truth about it clearly.

Prior to eStore Factory we were working with another agency but weren’t satisfied with their work for a long time. We wanted to hire a team of professionals to scale our Amazon store. Our account introduced me to them and we decided to work with them because of their professionalism, dedication, and experience within the industry.

At the start of the project, they asked us questions to know more about our business. Once they had their arms around our business through video calls and their own research, they presented a 6-month roadmap to achieve goals set by us.
Their scope of work included optimization of all our listings to improve organic reach and ensure they look part of the same brand. Listing optimization was phase 1 of the project and it contains writing/making tweaks to copy (bullets and description), keyword research to discover untapped keyword opportunities, new image creation (lifestyle and infographics), and A+ Content creation for all our listings.
After our listings were “Retail Ready”, we began with Phase 2 which was the overhaul of existing PPC campaigns and the creation of new campaigns targeted to increase reach. While phase 1 and 2 was ongoing, a dedicated account manager looked after our seller central account and account health to ensure everything’s good.

In terms of PPC and organic sales, the data speaks for itself. We see how our products are ranking better and the conversion rates have dramatically improved. It took a couple of months for them to bring ACOS under control but it all-time low now.

They have been really strong in sticking to the commitments. We have weekly meetings but they are ready to answer our questions almost anytime. We couldn’t be happier with their overall project management and communication.

They are a team of qualified individuals who really know almost everything about Amazon. This is something you cannot say about most agencies claiming to be “experts” at everything on Amazon. The team isn’t shy at demonstrating their knowledge, so I’m confident working with them.
