It is rare for me to have a company work with such great values and with such a nice attitude towards other start-ups.

The improvement is all on us. We should have given Essential Content some longer deadlines and our basic learnings are to trust the process and let the professionals do what they do well. I think I can honestly say we were too much into the work and created unnessecary pressure to the agency.
