We have three workflows and a registry containing more than 100 medical devices and more than 700 pharmaceutical supplies. The entire registry is up-to-date. Previously, we had paperwork that only covered devices up to 2021. The system also notifies us when a device requires maintenance or upgrades.

We delivered a portfolio valuation platform with complex workflow management and automation to improve the valuation operations greatly and speed up the process with correctness. The platform saved time (20%–30%), provided a clear audit for the entire process, and had a well-documented process and access to analytics. Additionally, the platform improved accuracy by finding discrepancies faster and easier.

The ECRIS-IJ application continues to support our operational goals efficiently:
