Healthcare is a highly regulated industry, and the Romanian authorities require medical providers to keep a very detailed registry of all their medical devices. I needed a user-friendly, customizable solution to manage our assets — all medical devices in the hospital.

essensys { technology} has successfully implemented our medical devices registry. We have three workflows and a registry containing more than 100 medical devices and more than 700 pharmaceutical supplies. The entire registry is up-to-date. Previously, we had paperwork that only covered devices up to 2021. The system also notifies us when a device requires maintenance or upgrades.

essensys{technology successfully delivered a working product that solved specific business needs. We delivered a portfolio valuation platform with complex workflow management and automation to improve the valuation operations greatly and speed up the process with correctness. The platform saved time (20%–30%), provided a clear audit for the entire process, and had a well-documented process and access to analytics. Additionally, the platform improved accuracy by finding discrepancies faster and easier.

Key deliverables were the ECRIS-IJ integrated application, supporting hardware and infrastructure, comprehensive documentation, user training sessions, and a stable, secure, and scalable system for managing the activities of the Judicial Inspection.

The application is robust, secure, and reliable, and all deliverables were provided at a high professional standard. The ECRIS-IJ application continues to support our operational goals efficiently:
