I'm the CTO of an event organization company that works in the entertainment industry. We do concerts, conferences, and galas.

What challenge were you trying to address with Esseal LTD?

We hired them to build a ticketing platform that would allow us to organize our events and sell tickets online so that we didn't have to rely on third parties.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Esseal LTD built our main admin dashboard for creating and setting up events. They also built our user-facing website for selling tickets. Additionally, they built a venue seat mapper that lets us define the seating at any venue and a checker app that someone on-site can use to verify tickets. Moreover, Esseal LTD handled payment processing integration and everything on our AWS. They also built an analytics dashboard, along with other integrations like emails and SMS.

How did you come to work with Esseal LTD?

We found them through a referral and their website. We chose them because their pricing fit our budget, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

We worked together from September 2025–January 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

From day one, we were able to visually see what Esseal LTD was building on a live playground site. It was really good because I could see how everything was coming along and provide feedback in real time. They also gave us access to their own dashboard that showed what was being done, which was nice to have.We've sold nearly 7,000 tickets since November. Although I don't think that has anything to do with Esseal LTD, they built what I asked for, and that's good. The platform helped us save so much time. In just third-party fees, I've saved more than they charged me to build the platform.

How did the company perform from a project management standpoint?

Esseal LTD was highly organized and transparent. They managed to deliver on time even though I changed things mid-project. The team was upfront about what was doable and what wasn't, which helped me organize things in my mind. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and a messaging app.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Esseal LTD's experience in the field was astonishing. I couldn't count how many times it happened that they already knew what I was trying to describe or told me something I genuinely needed and hadn't even thought of.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I couldn't think of anything that would have made this a better experience.
