I lean on them heavily for web development work. I couldn't run this business without them.

A couple of point persons from their team manage the projects. They are all very responsive and capable.

We needed the site to be up and running as soon as possible with all the features necessary to run a professional site. We wanted the site to perform excellently and easy to find on search engines.

It was a pleasure to work with eSparkBiz. They were always helpful, flexible, and creative.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

There was a time delay between Central Europe and India, but this never became an issue because of their responsiveness. They worked to fit our timezone. We managed mostly via email and on Skype if the conversations needed more engagement.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Our language barrier was never an issue. 

Are there any areas for improvement?

They switched our main point of contact depending on the project. It would've been nice to stick with our first one throughout our engagement. However, it was only a minor issue.

The website turned out as we had hoped; it's responsive, and the backend is easy to use even for someone with no coding knowledge.

We communicate regularly on Skype, and the team was willing to create a website as close as possible to our mockups. They were very efficient.

The quality of their work was the most impressive thing.

It would be helpful if they learned French; it might facilitate further collaboration.

They provide HubSpot development services. For each project, we establish scope and price before the project manager contacts me. The team provides weekly updates.

I work with about four individuals on a regular basis. The team includes a project manager and senior-level developers. I normally work with the same project manager for each project.

I’ve doubled my output, which allows me to take on more work.

The project manager does an outstanding job. The team is accessible throughout each project. For complex issues, I speak directly with developers to ensure clarity.

They have quick turnaround times.

They’re based in India, but I wish they had Eastern Standard Time working hours.

I initially had a meeting to discuss the project goals and site visuals. They then sent me three design options to approve before refining the graphics. We reviewed all the pages and talked about the content, adding the images last.

I’d worked with them on a previous project, and they did an amazing job. They provided a quote based on outlined requirements and I was happy to hire them again.

They internalized all of my business requirements including review needs, blog display, and an ability to accept credit card payments. Then they migrated my content from WordPress to Shopify and installed a new theme.

It was great having just one point of contact. Originally, they organized Skype calls, but I preferred communicating via email, and they honored that.

Their quality output and extremely professional and kind attitude stood out to me.

There were a handful of items we had to circle back on that weren't completed, but they promptly addressed them and completed all work as outlined in the original scope.
