Internal data science was lacking. To build the AI component of the platform that would have a neural network forecasting the likelihood of a certain car failing, we needed machine learning capabilities.

We performed a Google search for companies that offer AI/ML service. Henry provided a prompt response and shown a high level of service expertise. Additionally, he was well-organized and gave a reasonable price estimate. So we chose eSparkBiz as our partner in Automotive Reliability Platform development.

The objective of our project is to provide a service that predicts a car's propensity to break down during the following 12 months based on its past performance. For our solution, they created a machine learning AI model. A few of the capabilities were engineering the optimal variables for inference and standardizing data from millions of records. They created, examined, and improved an algorithm.

We collaborated with a data scientist and an AI/ML developer. I mostly spoke with Chintan (eSparkBiz's CTO), who was always willing to jump on the phone and explain where we were, what had been accomplished, and what would happen next.

Although the project is covered by an NDA, I can affirm that the customer's idea and its proof of concept were both well-developed.

They frequently replied to my emails within a few hours and took the initiative to deal with impending problems. The tasks at hand were clearly understood by both of my contacts. They were both excellent communicators and had outstanding work ethics.

eSpark had to work on a condensed schedule as this project was thrown together on short notice since I was only brought on to this project the second week of January. eSpark was responsible for all the heavy lifting on the front-end, backend, and smart contract. I worked directly with 3 members of the team. One senior developer, and two project managers. Otherwise, I know that several more junior developers worked on the project although I had little to no contact with them.

The project was done on time and was a huge success at the event. $10,000's in assets were exchanged on the platform that was put together within 5 weeks. I estimated it originally to be an 8-12 week project. They are still working on the project and will continue to for the foreseeable future as we improve upon and expand upon the platform.

We use an agile project management process and had daily stand-up. They do fantastic QA which makes my life a whole lot easier.

That they are located in India but are incredibly accomodating to the time difference and easy to communicate with. They are also incredibly talented and agile developers which is the most important.

I honestly have no complaints. We all work well together and I am happy to continue our partnership and work on many, many more projects with them!
