I am the co-founder of the sports consultancy firm. We provide consultancy to football academies as well as companies looking to invest in sports. Our range of services includes PR and talent management. We have successfully negotiated many sponsorship contracts and player contracts.

For what projects/services did your company hire Eskon Web Solutions, and what were your goals?

We hired Eskon web solutions to design and develop our website. Other services that we have purchased from Eskon Web solutions are domain name, domain hosting and email ids. We had decided to expand our service coverage area and for that we needed good online presence. Investing in the web site was a wise choice as it gave us good mileage over our competitors.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online and shot emails to few of the shortlisted ones. Eskon Web solutions was quick to respond to our queries. By the second meeting we had understood the terms and conditions well and also discussed project timelines with them. The process was smooth and transparent. They listened to our queries and understood our requirement well and this was the most important factor which led us to chose them.

Our website is mix of HTML and PHP. Other technologies used were jquery, bootstrap, css etc. We had weekly target of 5 pages. First they would send us the designs of the pages and only after we had approved them they would develop them. The website was tested on different screens. They use 3 click strategy which means to get any information on the website or to navigate to any particular page on the website, it should not take more than 3 clicks .

The proprietor himself was in touch with us consistently and taking our feedback. The designer was our main point of contact. There was a developer also who got in touch with us during the testing phase.

The website has become a brochure of the services that we offer. It helps in getting leads from all over India. We have had clicks from other countries as well.

We communicated with them mostly over emails and calls. We used google drives or personally handed over pen drives for sending and receiving files. We communicated as and when required.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

When they had given us sample designs, we had come to know they have completely understood what we want. The functionalities of the website was explained to us and we were offered services that suited our business and not what they wanted to sell !

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We were happy with the overall experience. Worth the money spent.
