I am the Owner of www.SuffolkEscapeAcademy.com, I run escape rooms for the general public as well as small corporate events.

I wasn't getting the bookings needed to increase our profits. I opened at the end of the COVID lockdown. We weren't getting enough bookings to make it a viable business.

How did you select Escape Ropom PPC and what were the deciding factors?

I was scrolling through Facebook looking for something to help get more bookings. (seeing how competitors were marketing mostly). Then I saw a post by Escape Room PPC, Sent an enquiry and had a chat with them.

They performed an audit and ended up restructuring our campaigns, removing some, creating new ones, and reallocating the ad budget. Many underperforming keywords were paused, and negative keywords were added.

We decreased the spending on high-cost keywords and allocated the budget to better-performing, less expensive keywords.

I worked with just one person, he is the Ceo of Escape Room PPC and he worked with me closely.

Google Ads campaigns improved, and ROAS increased from 11x to 17x, resulting in over a 100% increase in profits since March. And they're spending £400/mo less in ad spend to generate higher returns.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Ever since we started working with Escape Room PPC, our campaigns have seen a boost in performance. We are getting around 70-80 bookings weekly on average. The team's attention to detail and constant communication with our team is greatly appreciated.

When we first started, I was hesitant to bring any agency in because I thought our campaigns were already performing well. However, they increased our ROAS by +70% YoY while simultaneously increasing our volume by nearly 300% - not an easy feat!

I found TIS & His Escape Room PPC team two years ago and started working with the same budget but they switched my campaigns to advanced google campaigns.

Most of my escape room players are visitors who don’t live in our location. They come to visit Daytona Beach and they book our escape room before they visit our location. We were having trouble targeting them with our budget because if we target the whole USA that will require a lot of budgets. But TIS with his team did it with their secret recipe & they are truly google ads experts.

Our local ads are wonderful and everyone who is searching with "escape room keywords", and "things to do" keywords are seeing our ads. We are running remarketing ads with our videos and everyone who visits our website sees our ads until they confirm their booking. Pretty amazing.

Our bookings increased 20-30% in a few weeks within the same budget. We are spending around $40 per day now and we are full. Most important thing is that I have saved my time from trying those marketing tools, and now I can focus fully on my escape rooms.
