• Ads & Analytics Set-up, Traffic Estimation Setting up advertising and analytics, traffic assessment New advertising accounts and analytics were set up during the work, the necessary specialists were contacted with services, communication was established between team members, and strategies for promoting cultural events were developed. Summary tables on advertising and analytics + filters were compiled to help not miss expensive, ineffective campaigns. 

We created various filters that helped us track the necessary indicators and not spend too much time on analytics. Creativity is essential in promoting any product, so a table was created tracking the availability/availability of each advertising creative. Over the 8 months of cooperation, work was carried out to promote almost a hundred events. 

We published more than 300 posts, launched and managed over 500 advertisements. Based on the results of 8 months, the company’s turnover increased by 2.5 times. More than 10 sold-out events have been achieved. Joint systematic work with Facebook and Instagram led to a massive increase in subscribers to pages and individual events, which continues to this day. 

• Digital Marketing Strategy A large-scale marketing strategy was developed with a plan for several years ahead. This helps us navigate and plan for future growth and development, as well as consider our weaknesses and enhance them. 
• SEO audit and traffic research The website was audited, shortcomings and weaknesses were identified, the primary pool of work for its development was determined, the first SEO pages were written, improvements were planned, and some improvements were made to the permanent UI/UX website. Based on the results of 3 months of joint work on the website, website organic traffic increased three times.

A very active and professional agency leader. The first two months of work were spent synchronizing with our project development, and during this time, alas, there were delays in several ways. However, all this was resolved during communication on our part and work on the errors was carried out immediately. 

In the third month of cooperation, we reached “optimal speed”, and the work became more automated, with more time for planning, strategy, and development. Everyone delves into any issue at the first opportunity and tries to help. All team members are responsive, pleasant to communicate with, and tactful.

We would be happy to work with ESA Digital Ltd. on a much more comprehensive range of packages and expand cooperation. However, we are limited in financial capabilities, and the company’s services are expensive.
