I'm the CEO and founder of creative branding agency. We develop strategies, design identities and launch brands in IT, Fashion Tech, Telecom, Transport & Retail.
For what projects/services did your company hire ESA Digital, and what were your goals?
We are the industry leader in our market, but we realized that this is not enough for us and that we want to expand. The problem was that no one knew us in the market of Western Europe, US and UK, so we decided to turn to a team of professionals. We turned to the ESA Digital team to promote our services in the international arena.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We knew the team from the Emerge Conference that we made together and we knew the guys attitude to their work. The ESA team treats each project as if it were their own, and it gives us confidence in success. At the first meeting the team showed themselves as professionals.
They have started from the website audit and traffic research to find the possible gaps and prioritize the launch strategy to create a step-by-step roadmap. Since we always strive to work with the best, I understood that we will succeed.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.
We had a meeting where we talked about what we have now and where we would like to end up. We were immediately introduced to the entire team that would work on our project. The team provided a step-by-step Roadmap for all the marketing work and timing. We had no idea what SEO is and how it works and expected to get great results and win the whole world in a month, but Dennis and his team explained us the details of the processes and how much time and money we would need to see first results.
We had different expectations, but we decided to trust the team and their expert opinion and concluded a contract for several months. Guys made keyword research to show what we have now and where to get more relevant organic traffic, competitors analysis, on-page and technical optimisation, link building. They worked on the optimisation of the whole website first months and then focused of specific topic clusters that had the lowest competition and biggest profit predictions.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
The team that worked with us included 5 persons: Dennis (CEO and owner), SEO team lead, project manager, SEO specialist and researcher.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Since engaging with ESA Digital, we have seen a steady increase in organic website traffic and leads. We started with a traffic of maybe 20 users a day and maybe 400 users a month. We are now averaging 60-80 users a day and over 2,000 users a month (growth X5 times). 10 leads came to us in the last month, we even signed a contract with a company from Australia.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We were comfortable working with ESA Digital. We communicated via Trello board, emails and a whatsapp group. We had our dashboard and could see which tasks were in progress, which were planned and which were completed.
At the beginning of the week we received a report on the work done with data from Google Analytics At the end of the month we received a report on the work done and a plan for the next month. The team was in touch with us at any time. We were treated like family, we felt cared for and very involved by the whole team all the time.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The interest of the whole team in the result. We felt that we were growing together. The team helps us with everything, and we continue to work with them to this day.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We really enjoy the process of working with the ESA Digital team. We have plans to work on advertising in the near future as well.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of Hanna Sillitoe Limited, a skincare company.
What challenge were you trying to address with ESA Digital?
I developed our company site on Shopify and organically built our brand. We didn’t implement any SEO efforts and only picked up orders through Instagram, and we never actively produced blogs for the purpose of promoting on Google. Since we never marketed the site on any particular platform, we wanted to start working on our digital marketing activities. As a result, we hired ESA Digital to help us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They’re helping us create SEO content in order to improve the speed and functionality of our website. They’re also responsible for resizing images so that the site loads quicker on Google, which gives us the chance to rank higher. On top of that, they actively work on campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Shopping.
Sometimes, they bring in freelancers to deliver the graphics we need such as digital artworks and infographics. Overall, their work is a combination of organic work and SEO efforts, with a focus on identifying areas where we can spend and get some ROI.
What is the team composition?
The main person we deal with is Dennis (Founder & CEO), and he has a team that supports him.
How did you come to work with ESA Digital?
I was on a TV show in the UK called Dragons’ Den, and one of my investors recommended Dennis and his team. Since they were highly recommended, we chose to work with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We probably spend $2,000–$3,000 a month. Our bill largely depends on how much work they create per month.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our ongoing partnership began in March 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’ve increased my monthly turnover 10X in November compared to last year, which is also my best business month ever. To be specific, our turnover for November is around £120,000 (approximately $159,000 USD). Although we’re now spending a lot of our marketing activities, our turnover continually increases with their helpful suggestions.
We appreciate that when they set targets, they work on exceeding them, which shows their commitment. Overall, their work is genuinely amazing, which is why we keep working with them.
How did ESA Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
ESA Digital is available 24/7, so we get quick responses from them on WhatsApp. They send us emails every month showing the statistics on how our site has improved and to show their progress on our project. They encourage me to see what they’re working on, and they ensure that we keep things pushing forward. We really appreciate that they do their best to give us the best out of everything.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Dennis is like a full-time member of our company and not just somebody working on something for me. I’m sure he has many clients, but I feel like I’m his only customer. The fact that he looks after my work shows that they’re invested in my company's success.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, they don’t have areas to improve. In fact, I’m happy that they’ve changed my business for the better.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
You can try their services for a month and see how they work. The great thing about them is that they’ll show you the statistics of their work to see if the solutions they’ve implemented changed anything for your company.
Thanks to the ongoing involvement of ESA Digital, the company is able to grow their organic traffic to 400 unique users a month. The team is highly communicative, and internal stakeholders are particularly impressed with the vendor's results-driven approach.
