At that time I was CEO of Improve Group, a global integrator for the US Military.

We were in need of internal marketing resources to help with communication of values, mission and vision to our team.

The goal was to increase team awareness of new initiatives, increase team unity and improve our overall corporate messaging.

I am the founder and CEO of Humble Coffee Company which has two locations in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Levi/ Era was hired to develop a short promotional video for our coffee shops.

What were your goals for this project?

Primary goals were branding, customer engagement and customer acquisition.

How did you select this vendor?

We selected Levi after reviewing some very well executed work samples.

Levi/ Era captured live action within the shops and edited that with beautiful shots of customers enjoying our products, and baristas having fun making the drinks.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Levi was very open to client direction and feedback. Levi took the lead and did not require and hand-holding or micromanagement.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The video definitely brought in new customers as well as engaged the current customers and helped to establish our brand as one of the finest coffee shops in the state.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Super smooth between the two crews.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I would say the creative content exceeded our expectations. Era came up with some excellent visual ideas and was able to capture the fun vibe in our shops.
