Create an App for tracking gas cylinders utilizing the barcodes that are on them. Make the App accessible via mobile and desktop devices, and ensure all my employees can sign into and use the App during working hours.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Being able to view my customer holdings, or in other words, the cylinders they have based on their barcode. Being able to pull up proof of delivery through a work order with all applicable barcodes and item descriptions. And having the App working on everyone's devices.

They were on time, always responded well to additional requests during the development. They also communicated with us consistently to update us on progress.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The time needed to launch was minimal compared to other developers or existing software that did the same thing, as well as the fact it worked on iPhone and Android.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Equipm8 Digital Solutions Inc. could have done differently?

Language used by their developer was at times very high level which made it slightly more challenging to understand what the final product would look like before it reached us. Overall, it did do what we wanted though.

• Successful import of existing customer balances. 
• Ability to delete a single item scan with full reverse functionality. 
• Ability to manage customer billing directly on the app interface.

Equipm8's project management was fantastic! We had solutions provided before any issues, and they were great at solving small problems on the fly within seconds. The entire project came in much quicker than anticipated, and they have been great on any follow up!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Kyle with Equipm8 delivered the application efficiently to our time. He also took the time to ensure we were all comfortable using the app and visited our store in person on a few occasions. Additionally, the custom nature of the app ensured a seamless fit within our organization. Overall, we are very satisfied with our custom cylinder tracking and bill app from Equipm8.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Equipm8 Digital Solutions Inc. could have done differently?

Honestly, no. We are very a solid vision about what exactly this app could and would do, and Kyle with Equipm8 was able to see this and create our app. We are very happy and would not have done anything differently.
