I was looking for a team capable of creating a cartoon on a music video and adapting quickly to changes.

I intended to offer this music clip to my youtube community.

After having discussed my expectations at length, WeeDesign offered me several storyboards. We chose together what seemed most suitable for the music we had to illustrate. Then, I could validate the colors of the drawings and the animations before giving my final validation for each of the scenes.

The team was composed of very talented graphic designers and animators who helped me in each stage of the realization.

In a few months the entire project was completed without any problems. I am very satisfied

WeeDesign and I exchanged over a very short period and the team who understood my project and my expectations carried out personal research (atmosphere, decor, characters) in order to make my project even more alive.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

WeeDesign goes to great lengths to satisfy its customers. There is an almost permanent contact with the members of the team and this allows for very productive exchanges. The team adapts to requests and is made up of very talented people who do not hesitate to do everything possible to make your project as real as possible for you.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No. I am very satisfied, I will work with them again in the future.

Fully 3D animated, the audience goes through a "day in the life" of the anthropomorphic product as she realizes her fitness goals quickly.

WeeDesign was incredibly detailed and communicative, even going the extra mile at every turn to ensure the client's 100% satisfaction. They really pushed hard to create something above and beyond amazing!

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

WeeDesign worked with our schedules even though we are on opposite sides of the globe! It worked out perfectly to receive notes early in the morning, chat a bit early/mid day, then receive results before we work up again. They were always one step ahead!

What did you find most impressive about this company?

This was an incredibly collaborative and easy process. WeeDesign was communicative, attentive, and creative. They are warm, professional, and really deliver high quality results!!

I really got the sense that the team at WeeDesign did everything they could to ensure a fast and beautiful product within the allotted budget.

Referral from a friend that has used their services and highly recommended them.

We stared with a zoom call to explain our needs. They created a story board and design concept for us to give feedback. Once we agreed on the story board, script and design style they began creating the video. Once the video was completed we were able to ask for a few modifications to get the best result and they were able to deliver a final product that we are all very happy with.

We worked with Vitaliy and Elena who were very good with communication and patient with us as we worked together to create an amazing video.

Our goal was to create a video as a visual representation of a campus project we are undertaking - we need people to be able to see the vision beyond photo renderings.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I chose this vendor based on the samples they provided. I liked that they were able to create a very natural feel, which is exactly what I needed to match the mission of the school and the video script

The video describes our new campus project, and why we are undertaking it, so people have the opportunity to see the vision of the project unfold on video. After we committed to the project, we approved each step. These included: single slides, including color, tone, etc sample animation portions the full video music voiceover Each step required our feedback and then approval, so we got exactly what we wanted.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked with Elena, and she was so very responsive to my feedback. I would view the sample, explain whatever tweaks were needed, and then she would then adjust it and send it back.

We now have a video that is exactly what we want, to be able to show people this incredible project we are working on. So it was a great success!

The project manager was really easy to communicate with. Due to the time difference, we mostly communicated over email, and I typically received a very quick response.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Honestly they created a video of a very specific area they had never visited, with content that was likely not something they were familiar with (since it is very much a new concept), but they did a great job!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wish they were closer so they could have visited to see it, as I think it would have been less explaining on my part, (and hoping I was explaining it well!) but like I said, they still did a great job overall.

Lot of communication and back and forth on the models. Maybe a little bit too much at the start. After a few month things went more smoothly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were good at interpersonal skills. Good results of the 3D models at the end.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It was not easy but the comments on the models took a lot of time to be fully integrated. it's not easy to make comments on how to improve 3D models without be in direct contacts with the team (work at distance)

We provided animations for reference taken from another medium and they creatively adapted these for a large-scale video screen that was installed in a physical building. They also rendered everything at high quality at the end of the design and animation process.
