We hired Engipulse to build our internal data labeling tool at the first place. It went well and we extended our cooperation. They've recently deployed and fine-tuned our own on-premise LLM that we use in production already. Currently, besides occasional support and tech advisory to our internal IT Engineering team,we're workijg on the roadmap for our next project - building customer-facing mobile and web app aimed to organize and automate LLM training process.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Thanks to the top-level engineers and solid management from Engipulse side, during our 1-year engagement, we have developed:
fully funtctional and stable data labeling platform that is better than open-source and other options on the market;
implemented our internal generative AI solution on-premise;
a plan for our new product implementation for the next half a year and going forward.

The project manager was very structured and proactive. She acted as our eyes and hands on Engipulse's side. She was always on time with project reporting and managed our expectations well. We had several delays, mainly caused by third parties. Those were communicated in advance. We used Email, Slack, and Google Meet for communication, Jira and Notion for backlog management, and Google spreadsheets for documentation exchange. We used Github as a code repository and versioning system.

We built a team and integrated it with our in-house IT unit. The team was focused on improving and extending our existing Microsoft BC and building a new self-hosted AI solution for sales and inventory analytics. They also set up the data pipelines connecting our ERP to the mentioned analytics layer, and created dashboards and notifications for internal use. And we continue working with Engipulse guys on our 2026 roadmap. Currently we are busy with integration of their AI customer support platform called Helperfy into our operations.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Improved visibility into sales and inventory - Enabled more informed decision making thanks to prediction models built by Engipulse - We spend less efforts on manual data processing and reporting - Overall, we see very postive results already. Based on the preliminary metrics, we already see about 10% optimization of inventory and potentially 13% increase in upsales thanks to the new insights we get from the system.
