Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Endevelo delivered the first phase of a broader digital platform roadmap for EnglishDave.PL. The project rebuilt the public website as a modern bilingual platform that supports immediate marketing goals and future custom web application development. The scope included site structure planning, responsive UI development, Polish and English page builds, content migration, course pages, pricing, sign-up flows, reviews, teaching materials and extensive informational content. The project also added technical foundations such as SEO metadata, bilingual language handling, legacy redirects, analytics support, structured content, reusable components, and a maintainable setup for future updates. This phase established the content structure, audience segmentation, and conversion journeys needed for the next stage: a custom student and corporate learning portal with assessments, resources, progress tracking, and corporate reporting.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Analytics: Added tracking foundations to measure traffic, enquiries, and conversion performance. 
• SEO: Implemented bilingual technical SEO, structured data, metadata, and organized the structure to improve organic visibility.
• CRO: Created focused sign-up paths for adults, teenagers, companies, and self-assessment users.
• Trust: Surfaced 5.0 Google rating, 50+ reviews, testimonials, and corporate client logos.
• Scalability: Built a structured foundation for a planned student portal development.

They managed the project very professionally, with clear communication and a well structured process throughout. All key deliverables were completed on time and the were highly responsive to feedback and changing needs. Whenever questions or requests came up, they addressed them qcuily and proactively. The entire process from beginning to end was super smooth.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Kamil is a super good guy. He listens really well and visions things before I tell him about it. His guidance and cadence of the project was ideal for me. I cannot imagine it feeling safer in anybody elses hands.
