EncureIT helped keep the project organized and moving forward through a structured sprint process. Each sprint started with clear goals and ended with a functional demo. We divided the work into milestones and used each sprint to achieve specific targets. Since the hardware, API, and user interface were being developed at the same time, the requirements changed frequently. EncureIT adapted quickly and helped us stay on track despite these changes. Our main measures of success were completing planned functionality, achieving sprint goals, and meeting our definition of done. EncureIT consistently supported us in reaching those targets.

I credit their management as to one of the primary reasons this project was successful. This project was in flux from the start because of the fact that we were building this instrument from the ground up, and writing the software to drive it at the same time. Without Sketch's management, I'm not sure that this would have been the success that it was. I don't recall having gone through a sprint without at least one pivot, and their team just rolled with it. I also don't recall completing a sprint without a functional demo.

The project was constantly evolving because we were building the instrument from the ground up while developing the software at the same time. EncureIT handled the changes well and kept the project moving forward. Nearly every sprint involved a change in direction, but their team adapted quickly and stayed focused on our goals. We also consistently finished each sprint with a functional demo, which gave us clear visibility into our progress. Their flexibility, communication, and project management made a significant difference.

Overall, we were very satisfied with EncureIT’s work. One area for improvement would be providing even more detailed progress updates during periods of rapidly changing requirements.
