1. Custom Web and Mobile App: The primary deliverable was a custom web and mobile app tailored to my business needs. This included both front-end and back-end development. 
2. Video Upload Feature: The app included a feature that allowed me to upload my coaching videos into various sections. This was crucial for organizing my content and making it easily accessible to my students. 
3. Q&A Feature: Each video had a question and answers box alongside it. This feature enabled my students to ask questions and get clarity on the content, enhancing their learning experience.

While my overall experience with Encode was positive, there's always room for improvement. One area that could be enhanced is their initial estimation process. While they were excellent in delivering on time, having a more detailed breakdown of the project timeline at the outset would have been helpful for better planning on my end. 

Additionally, while they were proactive in solving the challenge with the point system integration, it would have been beneficial if potential challenges like this could have been identified and addressed during the planning phase itself. However, these are minor points in an otherwise excellent partnership. Their commitment to delivering a high-quality product and their problem-solving approach were truly commendable. I look forward to working with them on future projects. Their services are highly recommended.

Encodework Systems, with Ankit and Narendra as our primary contacts, developed Know It All from scratch. They designed the UI, integrated the live streaming server, integrated Stripe for our payouts, and designed the admin website from where we control the live quiz. They also handled the deployment of Know It All to the App Store and Google Play Store.
