After all the requirements and desires were agreed, we started working in the mode of 1 status check per week. Depending on what stage the project was at, the manager organized both internal meetings to discuss emerging issues and meetings with team members to present the results of the work done. The project was a great success. From start to finish, the guys were brilliant to work with. I presented a rough brief of what we wanted and they creatively and effectively delivered exactly what we needed. The application is on its final stages to be launched to the market. But so far, we are very satisfied with the deliverables.

That’s been efficient, and we work well together as we implement changes into the app. During active development, we met every week.
