Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Wisepath had an old website developed with a proprietary tool. I needed a brand new website to be delivered very quickly and with a unique branding and personal look&feel to impact on investors and customers.

Emma delivered the logo, a unique brand image, and an excellent website graphically pleasent and engaging through thoughtful animations. She continues to support us and further develop additional sections of the website as needed.

Being a start-up, we have to update our website conitnuously and Emma is doing it in a reliable and professional way. She goes above and beyond what's expected of her to meet every deadline we face, even the most aggressive one, without ever compromising on quality.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The company now has a very recognizable brand image and a strong website presence supported by a detailed style guide to use for social media posts. The performance of the website both from a presentation and SEO perspective skyrocketed: our visibility grew by 400% and we experienced a significant improvement on all Google Analytics KPIs.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Emma consistently met the deadlines and accompanied through the entire design and development process to meet the aggressive timeline we had. We felt extremely supported and Emma gave us the confidence needed to push the boundaries of what's possible to present and show on our website.

She is always available and extremely responsive. Every time that we have been facing an obstacle that could impact the deadline, she has been very helpful in providing effective temporary work-around that gave us the time to develop properly the definitive solution.

I don't recall a single instance in which working with her wasn't pleasurable and stimulating. She is a key asset in our team and her communication and teamwork skills are excellent.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed by Emma's integrity and work ethic, and by the utmost quality of her work, which made her reliable and able to inspire confidence even in teams that don't have much experience with design or web development, like ours.  She enabled us to shoot for the moon in terms of web presence.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Emma Sottardi could have done differently?

She is very proactive in staying up to date with the latest technolgoical innovations so I wouldn't know what to suggest for her to improve.
