Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder and CEO of an online wine store called Franzese Wine LLC.

What challenge were you trying to address with Emitac Enterprise Solutions?

We needed help with creating content for our website and social media accounts.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

To start off the project, we met with Emitac Enterprise Solutions to define what type of content we wanted to use and ended up going with promo videos. From there, they started with the filming process and took charge of everything, including the hiring of actors and editing. Their team also wrote all the content, as well as the copy.

We’ve already completed and published the video ads on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. Also, they’ve signed up for a monthly retainer with us, so we’re still working together on other projects.

What is the team composition?

We work with four people from their side, including a project manager who’s our main point of contact.

We’ve invested about $15,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together on this project in June 2022, and our engagement is still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since launching the video ads, we’ve gained about 850 followers on Instagram, which is really good. Moreover, the ad we’re running on YouTube has been successful, too — we’ve received 50 orders in the first month.

How did Emitac Enterprise Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done a terrific job from a project management perspective. They communicate with us regularly and respond promptly. We mainly interact with them via SMS and Slack.
