We needed our Generative AI app completely rearchitected and rebuilt from the ground up very quickly to get out of our MVP status and get ready for public launch. This also included the building of a few large, key features that our customers were requesting. This included:

• Set up Own Transcription Service 
  • Provision GPU instance
  • Match data structures to existing codebase
  • Re-work Codebase:
  • Re-implement Features with Claude & GPT4-o
  •  
• Additional feature build 
  • Manuscript Upload
  • AI Video Clips
  • Set up Video Processing Service:
  • Implement computer vision face tracking and image stabilization
• Significant design effort was needed for front-end and video outputs

They have been very communicative and have hit every deadline so far. Incredibly responsive to either team queestions or customer questions that come up. I have always felt fully in the loop with weekly touch bases and demo's with the team. 10/10 superstars across the board.
