We needed a social media strategy including digital ads, landing page, video and banners materials for social media and new employers. We also hosted events for developers and eMarketing Stars helped up with its management, promoting it and coordinating it, online and in person. The main scope of work is to place our company as a top company to work for in the IT industry.

eMarketing Stars managed our social media platforms, came with online and offline marketing initiatives. They took care of communicating with our team, setting deadlines, making sure the projects does not get stuck. 

The deadlines were attained, and if there were delays we were always informed about and agreed on another timeline of the project. We agreed on what our needs are and how their services could help us, and they are always tracking the results and recommending solutions for the parts that do not perform as well as expected.

We have implemented a flexible project management framework, with weekly planning calls and monthly progress meetings. The EMS team demonstrated great flexibility in accommodating our needs as a startup in a rapidly changing environment and consistently over delivered on their promises. We were impressed with their ability to learn about our industry quickly and adapt to fast-changing environments to deliver the results we planned for.

The most impressive is that the EMS team really feels like they are a part of your team and are working tirelessly alongside you as an entrepreneur to help achieve your business objectives. We never felt we were just another project for them, we felt that they really CARED about our company and our mission.

We can't think of anything they could have done differently and will definitely continue to work with them.

We have been offering business education in Romania since 2010, when our first Executive MBA cohort started courses. Since then, over 800 students have joined our ever-growing alumni community and we’ve added 2 main programs: Fast Track Management Program (our mini MBA) and an Undergraduate program (in business management, marketing and events management).

eMarketing Stars helped us with the entire marketing strategy and implementation to promote our Executive MBA and mini MBA courses. They took care of the plan, texts and designs for the marketing we used - online banners, social media posts, ads and articles. They also promoted the events we put together and came up with new ideas to promote the school.

We have a constant stream of people inquiring about our courses and programs, which allowed us to recruit new programs.

As a small team, we appreciated the independence they had, in the sense that once established the strategy, they took care of implementation and talking to the internal team to gather resources. The delivery was on time, and they felt part of the team - they attended group discussions and meetings, shared the progress they were making and we had clarity on objectives and what it was done to achieve them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We liked that we didn't feel like it was an external partner, but rather part of the team - from attending weekly team meetings to birthday celebrations. We also appreciated their commitment to the project, in coming up with new ideas and testing new things, instead of sticking to set deliverables.

Are there any areas for improvement or something eMarketing Stars could have done differently?

Whilst we appreciate the level of planning they do, it wasn't always possible for the team to keep up, due to other priorities, so a greater level of flexibility in terms of time planning would be ideal.

We started working with eMarketing Stars in May 2025, and our engagement is ongoing. We expect to finish the project in August.
