Our client Schneider Electric had a customer success story that we needed to produce in Seoul, South Korea. We had worked with EM Productions to help develope a story and script with our client. Ehrin from EM Productions was the lead on this project and was the director. 

EM Production's provided all the crew and help with casting some actors as well for some scenes. They also conducted all the location scouting and permiting we needed for the project. After working with Ehrin on the creative concept, we knew that they will be able to exectue the proejct as we had planned to and with a very highend production quality.

Our client, wanted to produce a video about their Singapore opperations which included shooting lifestyle office footage as well as conducting a number of interviews over a three day production in Singapore. (EM Productions) was responsible for putting together a crew make up artist and logistics for organizing the production as well as interviews. They also conducted the interviews and made sure that we hit all the key aspects needed for the video.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This was a tricky production as we needed to match all the  production styles from Europe and the United States with what we are going to ask EM Productions to produce. Ehrin was the lead on this production acting as a Director and him and his team really came through for us on this production. This was a really important film for our client as they were about to go public on the stock exchange and this was their first video right after the public offering.

 Not only did EM Prouduction get really good interview responses but the footage was exactly how we wanted it to be matched similar to our offices in Europe and the United States.

We had really good positive feedback from our guests and were even able to expand on new products for our clients for cultural turns like shown in the video. We also feel that this video production really helped us set us apart from our competitors and we see this in our guests.

Our brand was opening up a new resort in Vietnam and needed to produce not just a commercial branded video but also multiple social media cuts for the video campaign with unique visuals that make our brand stand out. The campaign ranged from multiple social media reels and online advertising shorts featuring the resort villas and the experiences the resort offers in Nha Trang, Vietnam. 
EM Productions was responsible for implementing the production and style as provided by the agency but also modifying the creative brief with copywriting and demographic targeting. We worked with EM Productions to produce over 56 different target videos from this one production.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This campaign ran for three months before the 2023 summer season, and we saw an 20% increase in reservations and sales of the property from the previous year. Our property owner is very happy, as we have seen a significant increase from before the campaign started. 
We are also finding that many of our customers are referring to the video they saw and wanting to have similar experiences, all of which helps promote the services and profitability of our property, which was exactly the reason for implementing this video production campaign.

The results were outstanding. At a major national trade show, our booth attracted a large number of visitors, and many specifically mentioned the videos. We also saw a significant improvement in digital performance, including a 627% increase in click-through rate (CTR) from the video to our website and sales funnel compared to our previous content. We tracked this metric using Google Analytics. The videos helped elevate our brand and made a clear impact on engagement and interest.We also saw a 57% increase in sales year-over-year for the same time. Although it’s difficult to determine the direct correlation, the video was definitely part of our strategy to increase sales. It paid for itself many times over.Moreover, many people came up to us at our sales booth and talked about our video, manufacturing capacity, and distribution in the US. The fact that our TV series was successfully sold to Netflix is a testament to the amazing team and collaboration experience we’ve had during our production in Vietnam.
