We hired EM Productions to help our client, IBM and Ogilvy, produce a corporate branded film about their stories of customers and employees in Shanghai. This required EM Production to coordinate with local producers and support crew in order to help produce the stories our clients wanted made.The production took 6 days of shooting in and around Shanghai with IBM's creative team and the agency creative team at Ogilvy. Ehrin was the director and would also work as a DOP along side his other cam ops and crew. In all we produced 5 stories and and over 20 reels for social media. Ehrin also had to produce a portrait and lifestyle series of photography which was done very creativly and also in alignment to the brief provided.

Our client was very happy and even loved the creative feel of the photography so much that they later implemented that style to the creative brief to be executed in other global shoots. 

The video production was considered very successful for Ogilvy and IBM with over 5 million views in the first quarter of release.

I have now moved and we were looking to execute a Corporate project for our client TUV Rheinland. The project was to be shot in Shanghai, China and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We were looking for a new rebrand and EM Production was the first I thought of when I had lead on this project due to our past experiences.

We hired EM Productions to help us produce a corporate video for our client which spans over branding and HR recruitment. the project required shooting in Norway, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, and Vietnam. The corporate branding video was executed successfully and included interviews from our top management on their core values system. In Singapore, Malaysia and Seoul we focus more on an HR value system video to help our client with their recruitment of top talent. 

Lastly, we commissioned EM Productions to shoot a woman empowerment book about agronomist working all over the world for our client. The portraits had to be carefully planned with each person and every country and the photographer had to visit them and take artistic portraits for this book project. The portraits were shot in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, India and Seoul, South Korea.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

From the start to the finish of this project, it took nearly 10 months from planning to execution and in multiple countries. This is no easy feat, especially in a culturally diverse working environment. EM Productions executed this project professionally and with clear logistics which helped everyone in the team understand what needed to be done without question the artistic skill of this Production house is really wonderful and we were thrilled with the visuals we received in the authentic storytelling, which helped meet the goals of our client.

The client really wanted to make an impact in their HR recruitment. After the videos were produced, they saw a much higher caliber of resumes coming to their corporate office before and we're very happy with the results.

The branding video that was produced also had positive impacts during the annual report presentation of the company.

There was a lot of good feedback from the client and everyone was quite happy with the result, planning and execution. 

The photography book was only executed in Asia by EM Productions, was a wonderful contribution to the rest of the portrait photography used to tell this wonderful story about women agronomist working all over the world.

The client of ours asked us to help produce a promotional video for the real estate project in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. The client in ourselves are really looking for something, modern and sleek that would appeal to the demographics we are targeting, Koreans, Japanese, and high net worth Vietnamese.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

EM Production is really more than just a video production company, as they do market research and look into studies on how to best target the demographic we would like to reach. They also put together a dissemination package for the final branding films so that we can implement the video to the audience as effectively as possible from all the production companies we have worked with before.

They are mostly focused on the task at hand of creating the video but with EM Productions they came with a much deeper understanding as if they were the business owner and how they would reach their target audience. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to see a company take initiative and go beyond just the project but also see how the project is used and how to make it the most effective.

In many ways, they are more of a creative consultancy than a video production company which really gives them incredible value.

Our client Schneider Electric had a customer success story that we needed to produce in Seoul, South Korea. We had worked with EM Productions to help develope a story and script with our client. Ehrin from EM Productions was the lead on this project and was the director. 

EM Production's provided all the crew and help with casting some actors as well for some scenes. They also conducted all the location scouting and permiting we needed for the project. After working with Ehrin on the creative concept, we knew that they will be able to exectue the proejct as we had planned to and with a very highend production quality.

Our client, wanted to produce a video about their Singapore opperations which included shooting lifestyle office footage as well as conducting a number of interviews over a three day production in Singapore. (EM Productions) was responsible for putting together a crew make up artist and logistics for organizing the production as well as interviews. They also conducted the interviews and made sure that we hit all the key aspects needed for the video.

This was a tricky production as we needed to match all the  production styles from Europe and the United States with what we are going to ask EM Productions to produce. Ehrin was the lead on this production acting as a Director and him and his team really came through for us on this production. This was a really important film for our client as they were about to go public on the stock exchange and this was their first video right after the public offering.

 Not only did EM Prouduction get really good interview responses but the footage was exactly how we wanted it to be matched similar to our offices in Europe and the United States.

We had three online meetings with Ehrin and his team and everything was followed as directed. They made sure to ask questions on things that weren't clear. We had really good positive feedback from our guests and were even able to expand on new products for our clients for cultural turns like shown in the video. We also feel that this video production really helped us set us apart from our competitors and we see this in our guests.

We had multiple meetings with them and they were able to come up with a creative concept we felt fit the idea we had for our resort and the type of customer we would like to attract visually, the film is beautiful and better than any of us could've imagined when our owner saw the film, he said "wow that looks great." We couldn't have asked for a better response not just from our owner but our whole team was very happy.

Making a video or a photo shoot causes a lot of stress to the resort team and the management, but we found working with EM Productions things went really smoothly, and everybody knew their responsibilities after the job was finished, I could see that our teams were not stretched to their limits like we normally have experienced in the past with other productions. 
This makes everyone's job much easier, and I appreciate their thoughts on reducing their impact on our resort. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something EM Productions Video Production and Photography could have done differently?
