ElseWhen built our brand from scratch, working closely with us as partners to develop our brand, brand strategy and all key deliverables as we launched our nonprofit focused on supporting children with a terminal illness. ElseWhen started by diving deep into our business and understanding our goals. From there, they developed our brand, including logo, and the entire brand architecture.

This was followed by the creation of our website template, which was fully integrated with the branding, on-message and powerful. Next they dove deep into our work, helping us create the UI and UX for our signature product - an online community supporting grieving children and their caregivers. In 30 years of business, I have never worked with a firm as good as ElseWhen - top to bottom, the quality of thought and execution was unparalleled.

Literally, every aspect of our brand, our website and an online community called the Smile Network.
