OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Elite SEO Consulting to accomplish?

• We retained Elite SEO Consulting to manage our SEO and website maintenance. We had been working with another agency for 13 months prior and seen very little search ranking improvement.

SOLUTION

How did you find Elite SEO Consulting?

• Online Search
• Clutch Site

Why did you select Elite SEO Consulting over others?

• Great culture fit
• Good value for cost
• Company values aligned

How many teammates from Elite SEO Consulting were assigned to this project?

2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Their SEO program starts with an audit of our websites and competitor rankings. They set up our tracking dashboards and then do SEO. Because we are in a retainer-based program, our hours go towards the time needed to get us ranking, regardless of whether it is page optimization, link building, content, or other parts of SEO.

They have worked on website page optimization, local website links, building pages and posting blogs, as well as our Google Page.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results they have brought us to date are nothing short of amazing. After doing SEO with another company for almost 14 months and getting no results they were able to get us to page 1 in just over 2 months. Since that time they have been steadily adding keywords to page 1 of Google regularly.

We now have 3 #1 listings and 8 other keywords ranking on page 1. For some keywords, we rank in the map and the listings. We have multiple search questions that have Googles AI answer point to our website.

We steadily get leads from our website now and the crazy thing is we never once got a lead from Chatgpt before working with them but now we’ve had multiple leads from it.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The Elite SEO Consulting team seems to always be available. Our lead specialist, Christina, is great! She is always there for us and is understanding when we have to reschedule our monthly meeting.

They communicate changes Google is making, what we need to do and are great at making suggestions on how our team can directly support their efforts.

What was your primary form of communication with Elite SEO Consulting?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing is how they live up to the hype you read about them online. Their website said they average getting clients to page 1 in 3 months, and we were there a month early! Given our experience with SEO Companies over the years, this one has restored our faith in companies “doing what they say they can do”. What’s unique about them is that they actually over deliver on their results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Elite SEO Consulting could have done differently?

Not one thing I can think of and no one on our team has ever expressed a concern. We love working with them.

How many teammates from Elite SEO Consulting were assigned to this project?

2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The engagement began with a comprehensive technical SEO audit, covering everything from site structure and internal linking to indexing and mobile usability. Elite SEO Consulting also conducted a keyword gap analysis for our main verticals, helping us identify search intent opportunities we hadn’t considered. They restructured our metadata, developed detailed content briefs for our in-house writers, provided schema markup guidance, and helped re-optimize several blog posts and landing pages. On the technical side, they advised our dev team on speed optimization and mobile performance issues. Their strategy wasn’t limited to content it touched design, structure, and even user behavior.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After implementation, we saw notable increases in keyword rankings for festival-related marketing terms and artist campaign services. Organic traffic to our blog and case study pages grew steadily, with users spending more time on page and clicking deeper into the site. More importantly, we began receiving inbound consultation inquiries that clearly originated from optimized organic pages proof that the content was not only attracting the right audience, but engaging them effectively.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Elite SEO Consulting’s project management was efficient and highly responsive. We were kept in the loop through scheduled updates, shared timelines, and an easy-to-follow task board. They always delivered on time, and when changes or new needs arose as they often do in agency work they adjusted quickly without losing sight of deadlines or priorities. Their team communicated with clarity, translating technical SEO concepts into language that was understandable and actionable for everyone involved.

What was your primary form of communication with Elite SEO Consulting?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most was their ability to align SEO strategies with our creative voice and fast-paced work style. Unlike other vendors who rely on generic optimization templates, Elite SEO took the time to learn who we are and how our audience engages with content. They didn’t just aim for rankings they helped us craft a smarter, long-term strategy that felt organic to our brand. Their balance of technical precision and adaptive thinking made them feel less like a vendor and more like a true strategic partner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Elite SEO Consulting could have done differently?

One area for refinement would be simplifying how performance data was presented to non-technical stakeholders. While their reports were detailed and data-rich, some of our social and creative teams would have benefited from a more visual, digestible format that focused on key highlights and action items. Otherwise, their service delivery and communication were consistently strong.

How many teammates from Elite SEO Consulting were assigned to this project?

2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Elite SEO came in with a full-scope strategy after conducting a detailed audit of our site. Their work covered technical SEO adjustments to clean up crawl issues, a complete keyword research report tailored to education technology stakeholders, and a roadmap for content strategy that included both refreshing legacy blog posts and creating new assets. They optimized key product and solution pages, implemented schema markup, and worked closely with our developers to ensure our SSO documentation didn’t interfere with search indexing. They also introduced a backlink strategy that focused on thought leadership and relevant educational publications.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

One of the first changes we noticed was an increase in demo requests coming from organic search traffic specifically from school districts we hadn’t actively targeted in campaigns. We also started ranking for terms that aligned more closely with what our users actually search for, like “student single sign-on platform” or “automated class rostering solution.” Internally, the marketing team finally had a clear SEO playbook, something we hadn’t had before. It shifted how we approached content planning, and even our webinars and whitepapers now benefit from stronger discoverability.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They were proactive from the start. We had biweekly check-ins, and they provided clear reports that broke down not only what was done but why it mattered. What stood out was their responsiveness whenever a Google algorithm update rolled out, we’d get an immediate briefing and risk assessment specific to our site. When we had internal delays, they didn’t stall; they adjusted the roadmap and re-prioritized with agility. It felt like we were working with a partner who had a genuine stake in our growth not just ticking off tasks.

What was your primary form of communication with Elite SEO Consulting?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They didn’t rely on cookie-cutter solutions. Everything was contextual to our industry, our audience, and our internal resources. For example, rather than pushing a blog-heavy strategy, they focused on optimizing product pages and technical resources understanding that school IT leads and administrators don’t always read blogs, they search for direct answers. That level of audience sensitivity made a huge difference. Also, their ability to translate SEO data into plain language helped rally internal buy-in from departments that usually tune out when they hear “metadata.”

Are there any areas for improvement or something Elite SEO Consulting could have done differently?

The only thing we would have liked more of was early insight into competitive benchmarks. We started getting that around the second phase of our engagement, and it was incredibly useful. If we had access to that sooner data comparing our domain authority and keyword share against other leading edtech providers we could’ve aligned even faster. Still, once it was introduced, it became a core part of our performance reviews and informed cross-channel strategy beyond SEO.

How many teammates from Elite SEO Consulting were assigned to this project?

2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

As soon as they stepped in, the team at Elite quickly immersed themselves in our digital infrastructure. They weren’t just focused on standard optimizations. Instead, they took the time to analyze how our content functioned within the site how it was tagged, how categories were built, how users navigated from one investment thesis to another, and how different sectors were connected or, in many cases, siloed. Their scope of work included a deep technical audit, but more importantly, a restructuring of how our editorial content was mapped. They introduced a new internal linking strategy that tied together our podcasts, sector essays, and partner-authored pieces. One of the most valuable contributions came in the form of metadata optimization for hundreds of legacy posts, many of which were previously buried within our archives despite being still highly relevant. They also guided our internal editorial team on how to approach future content from an SEO perspective without compromising tone, depth, or intellectual rigor. In doing so, they became not just consultants, but active collaborators in our ongoing publishing efforts.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcomes were meaningful in ways that felt both subtle and strategic. Our content began to surface more consistently in search not only for branded queries but for thematic topics we care about, like “web3 governance,” “AI infrastructure,” or “founder-led healthcare disruption.” It wasn’t about dramatic spikes in traffic; it was about quality and alignment. We saw more engagement from the right kinds of readers people referencing articles in meetings, founders reaching out after finding a specific piece, and journalists citing posts that had never been promoted through our own channels. These weren’t random hits. They were signs that our content was becoming part of broader industry conversations and that Elite’s efforts had made it more visible at the right moments.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their project management style was refreshingly smooth. Communication was clear and professional, but never impersonal. They were timely with every deliverable, and equally open to iteration if our needs shifted. For example, midway through the project, we asked them to focus more heavily on our crypto portfolio due to a surge of interest in that sector. They adapted quickly without losing momentum in other areas. What stood out was how they managed to stay proactive without being overbearing always a step ahead, but never adding unnecessary complexity to our workflow.

What was your primary form of communication with Elite SEO Consulting?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most about Elite SEO Consulting was their ability to meet our brand where it is. In the venture space, tone and thought leadership aren’t just marketing assets they are part of the product. Elite understood that. They didn’t try to simplify our voice or “optimize” in a way that stripped away nuance. Instead, they found ways to strengthen our presence without compromising substance. They respected the intelligence of our audience and the intent behind our content, which made the partnership feel more like an internal extension of our team than an outside vendor.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Elite SEO Consulting could have done differently?

If there’s anything we’d suggest as a point of evolution, it might be for Elite to consider more structured knowledge sharing over time. While their one-on-one sessions were helpful, it would be valuable especially for firms like ours to have quarterly insights presentations or strategy check-ins that include wider stakeholders. That would help internal alignment and reinforce the long-term value of the SEO work beyond the core content or technical teams.

In all, working with Elite SEO Consulting was a strategic decision that paid off. They elevated not just our search performance, but the architecture behind how our insights are discovered, consumed, and appreciated. Their work helped ensure our voice is not just heard by those who already know us—but also by those who should.

How many teammates from Elite SEO Consulting were assigned to this project?

2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The project was quite extensive in both scope and depth. It began with a full technical audit of our main website and regional subdomains. Elite SEO Consulting thoroughly analyzed our site structure, internal linking, mobile performance, and existing content framework. They uncovered several underlying issues that had been holding us back—things like duplicated content, broken backlinks, keyword cannibalization, and weak on-page optimization across service pages. From there, they created a roadmap that covered both short-term wins and long-term improvements. One of their major tasks was to help us restructure our content around strategic keyword clusters, ensuring each service page had a clear purpose and was optimized for search intent.

They also implemented a technical SEO foundation that supported international SEO best practices—like hreflang tags, proper canonicalization, and multilingual URL structuring. They worked hand-in-hand with our developers to ensure the technical changes didn’t disrupt our user experience. In parallel, they collaborated with our content team to optimize blog posts, service descriptions, and metadata across the site. They even provided consulting support on how to improve our domain authority through earned backlinks, thought leadership content, and digital PR tactics. The most impactful part of their work, though, was how they helped us bring consistency to our digital messaging across all countries while tailoring each region’s content to local audiences.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There were several notable outcomes, and they became visible over time—not just through dashboards and metrics, but also through how our teams interacted with SEO internally. We saw steady growth in organic traffic across key service pages, especially in markets like the UK and Romania, where we had previously struggled to rank for our core offerings. Our branded and non-branded keywords started showing up higher in search results, and many of our pages that used to be buried several pages deep were now consistently appearing on the first page for competitive terms.

One of the more tangible signs of progress was the quality of inbound leads. Sales teams started reporting that prospects were referencing specific service pages or blog posts they had found through Google searches. We also noticed a drop in bounce rates on several high-priority landing pages, suggesting that users were finding more relevant content faster and engaging with it more effectively. The improvements weren’t instant, but they were reliable and built momentum in the right direction. SEO became a visible value-driver inside our organization, rather than something that lived only in the marketing department.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Elite SEO Consulting handled the project with professionalism and consistency. They established a clear timeline and stuck to it, delivering tasks and updates without us ever needing to chase them down. Communication was easy and natural—never too much, never too little. They scheduled regular check-in calls, provided detailed monthly performance reports, and used collaborative tools that kept everyone in the loop without being overwhelming.

What stood out to me was their responsiveness. If we had a question, needed clarification, or encountered an issue internally that might impact their work, they were quick to adjust or offer solutions. They didn’t just follow a plan—they adapted it based on our shifting priorities, without compromising the overall strategy. That kind of flexibility made them feel less like an external agency and more like an embedded part of our team.

What was your primary form of communication with Elite SEO Consulting?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most about Elite SEO Consulting was their ability to connect strategic thinking with real execution. They didn’t throw buzzwords at us or overwhelm us with data—they guided us through a process that was both educational and transformative. Their team was able to simplify complex SEO topics in a way that made sense to all stakeholders, regardless of how technical they were.

Another thing that stood out was their attention to detail. Whether it was something small like optimizing metadata for niche subpages or something more complex like coordinating SEO during a backend CMS upgrade, they never overlooked anything. They also didn’t settle for surface-level changes. They dug deep into the structure and substance of our content, helped us elevate the quality of our messaging, and turned SEO from a technical afterthought into a core part of our customer journey. That mindset shift has made a lasting impact across our organization.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Elite SEO Consulting could have done differently?

If I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be around onboarding the wider organization during the early phase. While our marketing team had a clear understanding of what SEO was and how it would be implemented, other departments—like sales or product—took a little longer to engage. A more structured kickoff that included a broader internal audience, perhaps with an SEO basics workshop or visual roadmap presentation, could have accelerated buy-in across the board. That said, as the project moved forward, the Elite team did a great job answering questions, offering training, and helping everyone feel comfortable with the strategy.

In the end, the collaboration was overwhelmingly positive. Elite SEO Consulting not only helped improve our search presence—they helped us reshape how we approach digital growth. Their commitment, clarity, and expertise made them a truly valuable partner in our transformation.
